Amana gas range model # ARG7102L; oven was not heating properly and needed a new igniter. I called Blue Hill Radio and was told that Id receive a call back within 30 minutes - it was actually more like 10. I was informed that the service people would be at my house within 30 minutes, and they were right on time! It took them about 20 minutes to repair my oven, and its working better than ever. Quick and friendly, and the price was very reasonable ($159.00, including the $59 inservice fee). I would (and will) definitely use their service again!

Jack is the best! He was here early, called before he came, and saved me a ton of money! I am a single woman and he could have charged me a fortune, but within 10 seconds - he knew what it was and it was $20 to fix on top of the very reasonable charge to come out of $59. He even listened to my dryer and was able to diagnose that and tell me to just use it until it dies that it isnt worth fixing it. I would HIGHLY recommend Jack to anyone!!!

AVOID! Just called. Guy on the phone condescendingly asked me a useless question about my product and then said "Well too bad we dont repair products like that" and hung up. What kind of way to treat a potential customer is that?
