ABSOLUTELY worse customer service I have ever seen! Management is horrible! I would expect it from a big box retailer, but not a local business that probably survives on repeat/word-of-mouth business. Suggestion: if they need to come out for a repair on your appliance, MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT FOR THE REPAIR VISIT! If not, when it comes time to replace the appliance due to multiple visits, they will LIE and say they were never out to your home as many times as they were. Definitely NOT the Nate Lions of our parents days!

I bought a complete top of the line Bosch kitchen three years ago from Appliance World in Fall River. My oven just stopped functioning so I called them for service. After 10 minutes on hold the response from them was "we dont service Bosch, call someone else". They dont stand behind what they sell. If you buy from them and it breaks, tough luck.
