My husband and I just renovated our kitchen from top to bottom. We didnt really know how overwhelming buying new appliances could be until we started doing research online...all the options, brands, features, etc can really make your head spin. Fortunately, a friend of ours had referred us to Boston Appliance. Our salesperson Matt was beyond patient and took time to really listen and understand our needs. He helped us narrow things down and gave us a couple kitchen package options to compare, which ended up making it really easy. What I liked best about Boston Appliance is that they are a family owned business that specializes in personalized service, which continues even after the sale is done. They have a full parts and service department all under one roof, which is good because we bought the 5 year extended warranty and if anything were to go wrong I can call Matt and he will get it squared away...unlike the big box stores who abandon you after the sale and force you to chase the manufacturer yourself...or call 1-800 numbers to call centers overseas. We highly recommend Boston Appliance , it was a complete 5 star experience from beginning to end!

I recently replaced all of my kitchen appliances with Boston Appliance. They were a lot of help, and very friendly. I did a lot of research first, and picked products from different brands that had the best reviews. They had everything I wanted in stock and delivered it all quickly, including a new BBQ grill. I was very pleased with the experience, and everything is still working great. Ive been buying appliances from them for 10 years, and have always received excellent service. I much prefer to support local businesses over the big box stores.

Excellent store, first-rate service, attentive vendors, prompt delivery and quality. Super indicated
