Bad experience when buying Granite 1) Commitment from store was contractor would call me withing 48 Hours to set up template measurement; I had to call numerous times after giving them 1 week. Finally a representative called me back and handled after two weeks were lost. 2) Even though I provided detailed drawings, after template measurement, HD comes back to ask for double initial quote, as person placing estimate made calculation mistakes! At that point Ive lost 3 weeks and if i go outside to start over; im looking at another month........... Generally i have found store workers at the site helpfull; but i wont be using any sub contracted services form them...and will be spending much less there than i have in the past...... Maybe thats what you get these days with service at any home contract work; but seems to me like there is opening for a company that focuses on building loyal customer base thru customer focus would do well long term.

After leaving the no so helpful ppl in the Dartmouth store we called Middletown and spoke with Amanda on the desk . She was very patient and helpful. We explained the situation to her and she placed me in hold and sent someone to check and make sure the item was there and how many in Stock . She did her job and all with a smile. Do Dartmouth a favor and send her there to show them what customer service is all about. So the 400 dollar sale went to the store with the most stock and the most helpful employees. One other observation...while waiting for the box to be brought to the desk every person who walked in the door was asked if the needed help. Even if was asked twice ...nice job folks!

When I call, and the people answer the phone on at the front desk ,and also the head casher, was not polite with me. So I wont be shopping their no time soon, Or, ever. I been to others store like this .And the most of the help was not rude or not wanted to be bother , as I found to be in the case of this store. Be kind to others as they are to you. I was thought.

This Home Depot is exceptionally good. I have been to many Home Depots across the country, and this one is in the top three. Primarily the customer support is fantastic. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The restocking, as far as I have experienced, is excellent here as well.

Friendly employees, a stocked rental center, and organized layout make this Home Depot worth 4-Stars, the once-a-month kids workshops make it worth 5, but I cant guarantee they still do them, so Ill call to check before handing them that last star.

The workers have no clue they are lazy and they dont ask costumers if they need help. They all stand around in groups doing nothing and clearly theres work to be done just by looking around at the mess in the store

Crappiest depot ever. Nothing in stock. Website inaccurate. Workers standing around gossiping. Gate off entire isles in order to gather and gossip. Waste of time and real estate.

They accused me of leaving without paying. The girl who accused me had just helped me in the checkout line. Then she said that she wasnt working the register today. Very strange!
