Our experience with the shop was comically bad. We ordered (and paid) a high end Whirlpool washer, but got a lower grad version. We understood that only after the machine was already installed. I called the shop and spoke with manager named Alex. He suggested to reimburse the difference in cost, and we agreed that it must be $160. After several reminders they reimbursed me just $70. When I asked Alex to return me remaining $90, first he agreed, but I did not see this money. During my last call he replied that $70 is just a fare difference and avoided any discussion of our earlier agreement. I have not experienced such type of merchant behavior by a reputable company in my 25 years in the USA.

More like FFF. Roommate missed 4 hours of work to sit around waiting for these guys on 2 separate occasions. They missed two appointments, got our phone numbers screwed up, and when we had the audacity to complain about the service, they told us to f*** off and get someone else to help. Couldnt have been any LESS professional. The message is clear, dont depend on these shmucks.

They referred me to Supreme Appliances Service to get my refrigator fixed. And I have spent almost $300 dollars to get it fixed, ans it still isnt working. They should not referr anyone, because it reflects them.
