The interactions I had with Company employees were good. They were professional and courteous. My refrigerator was leaking water onto the floor. The serviceman came, checked out the unit, could not locate a problem. He recommended putting Vaseline on the seal, and adjusted the unit to sit level. I was charged $92 for the service call. The problem persisted. Untrained in appliance repair, I looked at the problem myself and identified a leak in the ice maker. I ordered the part online for $54 and replaced it in 20 minutes. Problem solved. I will not give A & M any repeat business. The fee for the service call is unreasonable and the Company was not able to make what turned out to be a fairly simple diagnosis and repair. I was very disappointed.

The serviceman, John, was prompt, courteous and so knowledgeable! He diagnosed the problem with my GE Profile dishwasher immediately, fixed it and was done quickly. The price was more than reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone. I believe they sell and service many brands, so I will be calling them in the future whenever we need service or want to buy an appliance.
