After reading the previous reviews, I figured if they had the part I wanted in stock, I could avoid the issues others have had with ordering and not receiving their purchases. I called and they had my part in stock, so I stopped there on my way to do a repair. When I got there, I was told that the part had changed over the years so it might not look like the one currently in the unit. Fair enough. When I went to pay, I was told that their credit card machine was not available because they were waiting for a chip enabled system to arrive. Hmmmm. With no credit card option, I loose out on the consumer protections that come with paying with one. Ok, fine. I had enough cash, but asked what their return policy was. He said no returns were allowed. Seriously? Once you buy it, you own it. No returns. I told him I wasnt sure I needed it b/c I was going off of what my tenant described was the issue with their refrigerator. He suggested I call the tenant so that I could listen over the phone. Uh, no. So despite two trips being super inconvenient, I wasnt going to hand over cash with no return policy. I continued on and determined that the repair could wait since the sound issue was not very loud. I really like to support local businesses when I can, but there needs to be a return policy and taking credit cards is very much preferred. I wont be returning.

I called to order some replacement parts for my dishwasher and was told by the first woman I spoke with that I didnt know what I was talking about. I was transferred to a man who knew what parts I meant, but gave me a hard time when I asked him to clarify how the pieces fix into the dishwasher base. I was told that the parts would be in the next day (a Friday), but when we went to pick them up, we were told that the wrong parts had been ordered and that they would give us a call when the parts were in on Monday. We received no call, so I called them Tuesday afternoon to see if the parts had arrived. After being put on hold and transferred I was told the parts were in. Very unprofessional, slow, and rude. Ill never order from them again. Note: They saw this review and refused to sell me the parts ordered when I came in.

Love the owner. I thought I would be ambitious and throw an Oscar Party. On my way to the grocery store, I noticed that the temp in my fridge seemed warmer than usual despite the thermostat being turned all the way down. I had pretty much ignored the situation all week but now on my to the grocery store, I needed to do something. I called a couple of different places and no one had the time to help me figure out what I needed until I called Kevin at HESCO. This guy is a gem. He was patient and helped me figure out what I needed which took several calls on my part since I really didnt know what I was doing! Needless to say, I got the part I needed and the party was a success. Hopefully, nothing else breaks but if it does, I now know who to call.

The worst! A tenant that needed an oven thermostat to a very common inexpensive Hotpoint range. I thought, rather than ordering it online (for a little cheaper) I would rather give my business to a local guy. What a mistake! Kevin took my order over the phone, the usual, make, model, and bad part, and unfortunately for me, I paid him with a credit card. Well, after over a month of "Ill call u back" and "it should be here this afternoon", it supposedly came in. I went to pick it up and it was the wrong t-stat! Finally about 6 weeks later the right part came in. I cant in good conscience recommend this place, as the business seems to be run just as the store looks inside,,,, a mess! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

OMG, simply the worst place ever! Ordered my part in Oct of 2014, never received it. waited until January 2015 to ask for a refund, again, never received it.. Lies, stories, deception, no call backs, just plain terrible! DO NOT SHOP HERE. Hey Hesco, Send me back my damn money! After waiting patiently for my part (never received) since Oct 2014, then patiently waiting for my refund since Jan 2015 I finally called again today (sept 2015), I was called a jackass and treated so disrespectfully that I am shocked.. Stay as far from this place as you possibly can, total rip-offs, rude, arrogant, liars and disrespectful..

Terrible service! Owner is rude and unprofessional, not to mention he locks up and dissapears during work hours so you cant call or get anything done! we dont live close by so we called ahead and when we made the drive up there - door is locked and no note or anything! at 3pm on a friday! On top of it all the part we got from him was defective and he would not replace it for us - over the phone he was basically telling us we dont know what were doing and we broke it, even though my husband is an electrician and knows how to plug in 2 little connectors! rediculous! Extremely disappointed! and angry!

purchased a "replacement" part for a refrigerator. Later that day, cleaned out the frige and it started working again, therefore did not need the part. BUT! also the part was not the right piece anyways, did lots of research and that part was not it and turns out they dont even make it anymore. When i tried to return the part, the owner told me IM NOT GIVING YOU YOUR MONEY BACK and was very rude telling me its final sale even tho it was the wrong part!, my husband called 4 times and they hung up on him. Overall terrible experience, rude and inconsiderate people working there.

Our Kenmore clothes dryers heat stopped working, and I determined that this was because of a bad thermal fuse, part # 3389946. The same part is used by Whirlpool in its electric dryers. I called ahead to Hesco, and they said they had lots of them in stock, but when I went there, what they had was an different part number. I pointed this out, and that the bracket looked different they said the bracket had been redesigned but that it would fit. Well it didnt. Since they have a "all sales final" policy Im out $31 bucks and theyve lost any future business.

On January 23rd, I made an order over the phone and to avoid a $15 shipping charge I said that I would pick it up. I was charged to my credit card the shipping anyway. When I called, at least 10 times after receiving the UPS package at my home, to obtain the refund for the unwanted shipping I was given all sorts of excuses until March 11 when I was finally credited the $15. I appreciated receiving the order quickly and I am now satisfied for the requested reimbursement on my credit card.

Definitely go here and save cash and time!!! I was able to get parts for my washer and dryer very fast.. most parts were in store or were shipped to store next day. The prices were the same as the internet and you had a knowledgeable person there to assist you in finding the correct OEM parts fast. I called around and they have the best prices in the area... I wish all stores were like that :)
