My 2 month old washing machine stopped working mid-cycle last night. I called Yale this morning at 8AM, and they were gracious enough to send someone here already by 1pm. For that alone, I was already quite happy. Derek M. was the man who came to take care of our machine. He called 8 minutes out, and then again when he was at my door (avoiding the buzzer as I asked to help preserve a nap time for my twins). Derek M was very professional and so polite. Luckily the problem was incredibly minor (an electric fix not an appliance issue), which he diagnosed and fixed quickly. This was fantastic service and I was very grateful for the help. As most people out there living with 4 can imagine, one can not exist long without a working washing machine. Thanks Derek! And thank you to the woman who helped me set up the times this morning. She was great too.

Ricky & Eric just left my home after doing an absolutely awesome job installing a new induction range and a wine refrigerator. For various reasons having to do with the age of my house and the state of my kitchen floor, it was a very challenging installation that took four plus hours because the wine fridge was being substituted for an old trash compactor. Eric and Ricky were patient, methodical, informative, and highly professional at removing the old appliance and getting the new wine fridge to fit properly. They cleaned up impressively and were very kind to my three dogs; they are both dog lovers. Thanks, guys. You are great ambassadors for Yale Appliance!!

My wife and I worked with Jonathan Beresford for our entire kitchen and were extremely happy. His product knowledge was far superior to other reps we spoke to at other stores. Great guy on top of that. We later needed lighting and worked with Amy Zuckerman who was equally awesome. I needed to pick up a few items in Stoughton before the big delivery and found the experience (all 3 times) to be quick and painless. Cant say enough about the level of service, cookies in the lobby and competitive pricing. Were sold on Yale.

Very thankful for and happy with the service provided by Jim Murphy, who went above and beyond for our fridge repair. Jim took the time to listen & suggested a number of options @ various price points so we didnt feel pressured or duped. He completed his repairs in a timely and professional manner and followed up weeks later to check in and make sure we were still happy with the work hed done. He is personable, respectful, honest. We will continue to use Yale for all our repair needs, and recommend them to others.

Dave Curro gets A +++ for the work he did on the freezer of our refrigerator. He did a top job and is a top person to talk to. He explained the situation thoroughly as well as doing a very technical job of replacing the compressor. Its great to have someone come and know all the parameters of both the problem and the solution and correct the problem 100 %. We are very happy to have our freezer working ! Purchased several appliances from YALE for my newly renovated home, salesperson worked with me & made sure all I purchased would work well for my application, every item was perfect, several days later, the delivery team which consisted of John, Ivan, & Brian, delivered the items, strategically placed them in their respected locations, They showed up on schedule, handled the entire task with the utmost professionalism, I will definitely recommend yale to all I know !

My husband hired Yale Electric last month (or maybe the month before?!) to fix our DCS stove. Dave Curro showed up promptly. Yes, there was"the window" but he was right in the middle of it (not 3 minutes to the end of it!) He was such a nice guy to have in your kitichen/home that I couldnt throw his card out until I actually got around to writing this darn review! They were honest in both their pricing and in their billing. I would definitely ring them again.

Derek M. is a great tech and a credit to your company. He was professional and went the extra step when he realized that the part he put in didnt fix the problem. He followed up with us after the initial repair and followed it through until the appliance was repaired. Great service and follow up by Derek…. On the product side, we were disappointed with the problems after owning the Jenn-Air refrigerator for only 18 months.

Nilton arrived promptly, immediately diagnosed the probable problem with the refrigerator and the water leaking into and onto and staining the wooden floor. Nilton was very neat, efficient, careful, knowledgeable and nice- overall, an exemplary employee! We just had 5 kitchen appliances installed by Peter and Brett, who could not have been more patient, competent and resourceful. They were here most of the day, and were considerate about our space, consulted us about options for the rather complicated job of fitting new appliances into our existing granite counters and tight refrigerator spot. I cannot speak highly enough of their excellent work.

I just received delivery of 4 major appliances from Yale Appliance Truck 5, and everything went extremely well. The people doing the delivery were Edy, Henry and Hugo. Everybody was very professional, efficient, and careful. Additionally, they communicated well what they were planning to do, then they executed their plan perfectly. And all this took less than 20 minutes. Great job!

Great to work with. Sent a service request online last night and got a call this morning to book. Was able to get Derek M to come to my house later in the day and he was able to find the culprit messing with my washing machine and fixed it on the spot. That sock is dead to me. He also didnt mind a 6 month old kitten climbing all over him during his work. Great experience!

Derek M. did a GREAT job on fixing my dishwasher door. The spring broke and could have pretty much crushed someone when it opened if they werent careful. Derek was early - called to make sure it was ok for him to come early - got to work right away - knew what he was doing.... explained the issue and then fixed it. Best part... all under warranty! Thanks Yale and Derek!

I just had a wonderful repair experience with a young man named DerekM, who came here to repair my new electrolux refrigerator. Derek was pleasant, confidence-inspiring and efficient.
