Our Frigidaire front load washing machine would not drain the water after a wash and would not spin. I looked up online what the issue was and decided to have someone from the Greg Foucault team come repair it. Sure enough, the gasket that is in the pump where all the water gets sucked out was clogged (we found a paper clip, coins, a hook (i know??), clumps of lint and hair). Gregs team member Steve cleaned it out and put the machine back together all in less than an hour and for only $119. Great price and Steve was a really nice guy. Im glad I went to this company. This may happen agan in another 4 yrs and Ill be happy to give Greg Foucauls team a call again to repair it. We may also go to Greg to buy a new dryer, ours is on its way out. Dont do it yourself, there are a lot of parts in the machine that you may not be able to get back together again. Just call Gregs team.

This business is unprofessional and the owner is rude.. They overcharge for their services and employ incompetent help. Hired them to install a dryer and they damaged my property and failed to install it properly. Called the owner to discuss this and he was belligerent and unwilling to stand behind his products. He does not put the customer first. I will never let them near my house again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My first place to call when looking for Appliance Parts & Service. They offer good advice and provide quick service. When a part was too difficult to replace we had them service the Appliance. I was impressed by the depth of expertise of the servicer explaining how a failed refrigerator door switch could cause it to freeze-up.

Weve used them twice, once for a dishwasher leak and one for a noisy dryer. While fixing the dishwasher the service guy noticed an electrical fault in the hookup that was a real fire danger and fixed it on the spot. Very impressive. The rest of the work has been very prompt and competent. Well continue to use them in the future.

Great service. They dont over charge and made changing out a washer from my rental property, a snap. Go here! Oh and they take credit cards. You would be amazed how many appliance companies in the Haverhill area do not.
