My name is mike I would like to tell you im in youre store atleast once a day and im a contractor who knows the business so i deal with the pro desk every day These employees are the most professional and top notch .they are very eager to help with quotes,questions,or to just load materials with me . They take the time to understend the project and make sure i have everything i need to save time and not have to make a return trip . These things are the reason i return every day. To sum up the great work these employees poses is unmatched. I give them 5 stars by far

Adam at the service desk was incompetent. I gave him my ID to pick up my online order. He gave me my husband s order. Totally seperate order, which was under his name. Then told me there was nothing there for me. After showing him my email with order number he still told me nothing was there. Then proceeded to tell me I had already picked it up. When I insisted he check again, he called out back where they found half of my oder. Save your self the frustration and pay to have it delivered to your house.

This store started out well with great service. Most of the employees had knowledge of the trades applicable to the department they worked in and they offered advice. Now theyre just minimum wage young people who do not care whether you buy something or not. Not friendly, dont acknowledge customers or greet them at all. One told me to find someone else to assist me. Yah, right, at Lowes I will from now on.

I will say first and for most.. The appliance guy, Steve.. Awesome guy! Very helpful! But do NOT but appliances from Home Depot!! We Bought a fridge brand new.. Out of the box... Didnt work!!! And they dont take returns on appliances! After its in your home your on your own. $1,200 Samsung fridge.. Junk! Now I have to wait dayssss just for it to get looked at from a Samsung Tec!

Epic Fail! So 2016 has been called the biggest season for Tick Bites! So I do a Google search for brands to buy & found JT EATON that kills ticks & HD sells it.....I go to the store, what do you know, every brand for all insects ACCEPT for Ticks? Off to Lowes! What Brainiac Home Depoy Executive thought to make people order & WAIT 8 DAYS? (Oh Boy, free shipping, whoopee! NOT!)

I am a contractor who is in the store almost daily between 6am and 7am to get my materials quickly and then get to the jobsite. Every day I come in and Lee greets me with a smile and a friendly hello. I wish more of my retail interactions were with people like her. Your help is friendly and courteous and the most knowledgeable of the surrounding stores.

Impossible to return an item. One woman who works there always gives you a hard time and thinks everyone is a thief. So frustrating. I avoid this location because of her.
