I walked into Home Depot knowing what I wanted to do but not knowing what I needed. I was immediately greeted my the ladies at the Pro Desk, what an awesome welcoming. From here on I knew I was in great hands. I was escorted to the material I needed. I was checked out right away and they even help me load the materials into my vehicle. I will always see these ladies for anything I need at Home Depot. I just wish I knew their names so I could show my gratitude directly. Thank you ladies for making my experience easy and wonderful.

Spring is coming early this year and I made a visit to pick up an electric saw. Customer service to help with the purchace of a saw was outstanding. However. There was no one in the area with any knowledge of the gas or electric saws in the garden department area. I bought an electric charged saw and a tree saw, oil, plant food and gloves and glasses. The sale was close to 450.00 but, I would of felt better leaving the store with some knowledge of the saw.

My experience here was very pleasant specifically with Brian the Manager....We were in to get about $600 worth of plumbing supplies and he was exceptional in helping with all of it. Its always nice to feel like your not a burden on someone...the rest of the staff was also very pleasant and every time you pass by one of them they always ask if they can help with anything! Thanks Brian and Home Depot!!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, the people behind the counter do not know how to communicate, and we were in line to make a return when they said next please we walked up to the counter and they helped someone else and then helped the people behind us, and then helped the people on the other side of the counter! We were not skipped once not twice but three times!

They promote "Same Day Installation" on water heaters if ordered before 12pm even though they KNOW installation is at least 1 week out.
