I needed just a few windows replaced and the process for getting a quote resulted in a very tedious and time-consuming process of setting an appt where they gave me the hard sell and I toughed through it only to hear they wanted to schedule yet another appointment to give me the quote. Why cant they tell me over the phone? Other companies gave per-window pricing right over the phone without an appt. When I had to postpone that appt due to an emergency, I was told some obscure sales price (still NO idea of any prices, mind you) was about to expire seemingly to put me in a position to have to decide rapidly when Im VERY busy on many renovations. Ive been thoroughly discouraged from ever going back for any sort of installation service-- windows, roofing, siding, etc. Be prepared for the HARD SALE if you go to them for any of these things.

I have NEVER been pleased with the Home Depot in Manchester, NH. First reason which is minor but I will start small, need some wood cut to length for me, the associate that "helped" me cut all the pieces wrong. I even gave him the measurements written down. My biggest disappointment is with how they treat our Veterans. They offer a discount to Veterans, but only disabled Veterans. Why? Beats the hell out of me. I believe that if you say you support your Veterans, then support them all! I will never again step foot in the parking lot of this Home Depot let alone the store.

Meeting all your home repair needs! Home depot has improved their quality while continuing to lower prices on some building materials. Ask a supervisor if you have particular questions about a certain job, these guys work in the field so you will be informed right. Who cares if the cashiers are crabby, go to an older associate who looks like he did this work- and more often then not he has.

Ive been going to Home Depot Center was one opened in New England years ago. And unfortunately I have to say its gotten worse instead of better since then there its very hard to find someone who works there to ask questions if you need to cuz it is a big place Ive been gone so long I dont have that problem I know where everything is hopefully youre the same way but it is hard to find help when you have a question and it did not used to be trust me thats the only thing I can say other than that its still great

I asked to get some lattice cut and found someone quickly. Apparently they are not supposed to cut plastic, only wood. But the guy cut it anyway. Also when I went to check out there was a line. Another young man came over and let me know his line was open and was really friendly and helpful. Its sad that we cant get this type of everywhere these days. Anyway I thought it was such great service that it warranted a review.

I shop here alot between work and home. Usually its a fairly standard shopping experience. nothing great nothing bad. I will say however that its pointless to look at prices online as the store wont match them. As an example, I saw some light bulbs online for $10.66 with free in store pickup. The same bulbs in store were $17.97. Apparently they price match competitors but not themselves.

I appreciate good people skills and the Tool Rental employees have them. The whole store has *great* customer service, but I wanted to single out the TR people. They are friendly & humorous, but they dont sugar coat everything. They are also quite patient in explaining how to use the things you rent. Keep it up!

I found EVERYONE in this store to be rude or just plain miserable... went to several departments to purchase various items and found every employee hostile and resentful... made to freel uncomfortable... will be going to Lowes next time!

Keep in mind they only carry the basics most the time you need to order what you need of the internet. Very few of the employees have any knowledge about construction and cant help.

I ordered black powder coated folding ramps on line. Went to pick them up the same day. They had the aluminum ones there. Seriously! Go over your website and fix the issue.

Home Depot is so much better than Lowes. They have knowledgeable helpers all over the store. Cant find a sole in Lowes for help!
