Our experience was horrible! Be warned. We hired this company in October 2017 from a referral. They were to sand and 3 coats poly in LR, Hallway, 2 BRs, stair threads and install a bull nose at top of stairs..The bull nose was installed crocked.which you see every time you use the stairs - eyesore not amazing! The floor had beard & mustache hairs throughout even though they are suppose to wear covers on beards, crew refuses. The crew left trash outside and inside. We insisted they come back and correct. They tried twice. The last corrected coat now had raised bubbles over the entire floors. Several times we had requested the owner call or come out so we could discuss, he refused saying thats not what he does. They sent a guy in his place and he agreed the floor needed to be corrected. He would be on site to oversee the job. It would be done correct. The bubbles were gone but more beard & mustache hairs, now a sneaker print right at the LR doorway into the hall. Also right at the top of the stairs in the hall 2 large drips and hairs no way to hide it. The floor was still a mess and worse than the the very first complaint! Only reason we paid them was because we did not want to take them to court. We have 6 grandchildren, 4 under 3 who run all over the hall and LR areas not covered with rugs and the scratches are unbelievable. We will have to have the floors re done. That is what prompted me to write this. As I have been too busy to since floors were finished in Nov. These same grand kids are all over our daughters hardwood floors (done by another company years ago) even riding toys up and down their hall and no scratches at all! This companies poly is the problem. We have never had a hardwood floor scratch so easy and we have owned 6 other homes. If you have floors done and look from the doorway they look good. When you walk in and look around you know see all of the little hairs, lint, sneaker print, etc. So yes ok for a realtor to give a good review. Then you have the true test of living on it. In this day the correct poly should hold up to normal wear and tear before scratching, even matchbox cars and push toys. Save your money and your headaches.
