I arrived soon after they opened 6:30. So early no one was in the appliance department. Meg went the extra step to review the schedule to see if someone could cross cover the department. I went back to the department to look at the washers and dryers. I went back to service desk to find out about the ongoing sale. I was fortunate enough to have manager/supervisor Keith showed up. He would help with purchasing my washer and dryer with delivery and set up. All of this before their morning meeting. I thanked them all for their wonderful customer service. Saved me a return trip or continued search. Each person was willing to do what they could even though it wasnt part of their regular duties. TEAMWORK!!!

Very helpful people in electrical both John and Mike have been amazing! I do wish Home Depot carried more of the 1 1/4" fittings I needed for my plumbing job though. I finally found them at a local distributor that caters to contractors. So other than a bunch of time lost it worked out ok. If I could match up the customer service and amazing know-how of Mike and John in the plumbing department with the parts availability of the local distributor... ...all would be perfect!

Pretty bad now. Management lost control of basics like service, stock and quality. Im done shopping there but it worth traveling down the road to Lowes. Ive had single little bumps here but this last time 4-5 things wrong in one shot. Hints: your selection stinks, personnel are unaware and existing quality and quantity are barely enough. Fix this stuff guys or your store will list for closure shortly

Just spent 20 minutes standing there...waiting for help buying doors. Associate helped another customer who arrived AFTER me, and then shot the breeze with one of his vendors who was visiting. I waited patiently while making sure I was in his line of sight the whole time. He knew I was there, apparently just didnt care. I left without talking to anyone and Ill buy my doors elsewhere.

I was helped by a gentleman named John G. He was awesome ! He didnt ignore my questions or treat me differently because I was a female. He helped me with my pluming issues and help me look for a water filter for my refrigerator . Thank you .

I only shop here cuz these people know what their doing not like Lowes everytime I go there they send me on a tour of their entire store and I leave empty handed and pissed off
