Purchases $2500 worth of appliances 2 weeks ago from this location. When I received my fridge I was in happy with the size, its very small and can not fit the amount of items I need. I called and spoke to a manager named cliff who was absolutely no help I was told nothing can be done. So how is this possible I buy a product, Im not happy with the product that I just spent of $1,000 on and Im told Im stuck with it. All I wanted to do was exchange it for a bigger one. Well Home Depot will never get any of my business every again. Ive spent thousands of dollars over the years at this location and they will never get a penny from me every again. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I dont care what they say about Home Depot killing local hardware stores. They offer so much, and its all at a great price. I did have a salesperson today who seemed completely out of it, but he still ended up being very helpful. The one problem: Their batteries are waaay overpriced. Like ridiculously overpriced. By that stuff on Amazon. Dont get tempted by the duracell name brand, and the energizer are even worse. Buy rechargeable if at all possible. $10 for two 9 volts is highway robbery.

Total joke on matching a dewalt drill that ace hardware and Lowes have on sale this week for $89.00 home Depot wants $129.00 so I put the drill kit back and told the lady at the desk Ill take my business to Lowes or ace Costello hardware for now on and save myself on the same drill kit $40.00 that home Depot wouldnt match. No skin off my nose as I dont mind walking out and driving a couple miles to save $40.00

Shopping at home Depot is always a good experience. Im always confident buying items even though at times I might buy the wrong item and might not fit or not even use it. I just bring it back and get credit, with no hassle what so ever.. I would definitely recommend shopping at Home Depot!!!!

Went in the store trying to find a rubber grommet for a project Im working on. When looking for assistance one man gave me rude remarks then started to question if I had even known what a grommet is, the other was very helpful and directed me to where the product was.

Some employs are rude. I been and have witness some of the staff members mistreat people. I just drive a couple miles more to Lowes! some of the homedepot return staff / customer service are very unlikeable personality rude.

Luisa from the kitchen department is excellent. She is detail oriented and has a good eye for design. We highly recommend her. Louise is also a great person. She is always willing to assist and help out when needed.

Clean, a busier home Depot, but they do have very knowledgeable plumbers electricians and Carpenters. A bigger home Depot so they have more variety, and a rental section too!
