Going in and out is a breeze if you know what you are looking for, but the staff can be more confrontational. I search through aisles scratching my head for an item, while employees are either watching me or doing something irrelevant. If you see me going up and down the aisle, would it hurt to ask if I needed help searching for anything?

When you ask someone a question, I dont think it is too much to ask that they listen. The lumber dept was poorly stocked even at 9am. They said they had 90 pcs of plywood but couldnt find them. And... the counter person was completely out to lunch. She had no care to even be there.

Little congested and on the small side when it comes to square footage of the store. Items are not really organized but with little bit of help from store associate you can find what you want. Store associates are great though and keep up the good work!

Service here is good. The complete opposite of the extremely poor service at the South Setauket store. However, its a smaller store with a selection that is not as great as some of the larger Home Depots.
