I just returned from the Smithfield R I Store. What a disappointing experience with two members of the staff. I wanted to purchase the Tide detergent on sale, checking with the Service desk I was told they were out as of two p m. I asked for a rain check and was told to check with other H P stores, at this time a male staff member came out from the service area and asked to help, I asked for a rain check and he said they were out of Tide and it was limited to stock on hand, I proceeded to inform him it does not state that in the flyer I received, he walked away from me. I then decided I was not going to purchase the bath vanity I was planning today. Rather than have a limit of 10 why not 1 or 2 and allow more customers to partake of this savings.

My recent experience at this location was VERY, VERY poor. Horrible customer service, especially at the service desk. I would describe the clerk with these three adjectives: attitude, unfriendly, and snide. As a customer, I felt demeaned when asking a question regarding my purchase. I complained to the manager, who listened and promised to address the issue. This store is an embarrassment to the Home Depot chain!

good home depot. has most things i needed when I was remodeling the house. its a bit small, so you may have to travel to get some stuff this store may be lacking.

No one asked if I needed help. Im the lawnmower & floor covering aisle. Saw me looking but no one asked me if I needed help. Very disapponted.

very helpful guy in paint...but need more than one person to answer questions and assist customers. HD needs to add more staff to assist.
