I usually dont shop at Home Depot since they only give veterans a discount two times a year to save money, but they were the only store that had a front door I wanted. I ordered it back in NOVEMBER of 2015. The door they shipped me was actually the incorrect door in the box of the door I ordered. After many phone calls, they agreed with the company who manufactures the door to ship me the replacement glass that matched the door I ordered and refund me money since the door jamb also didnt align with the door. I had to cajole them into installing it for me at no charge, and when their workers came (in February 2016 to give you a time frame) I discovered they hadnt checked the glass and it was cracked. We had to send it back and get new glass. I was told the refund couldnt be given until the door was installed, so I waited until that day and began calling every day for two weeks to get my refund. I wasnt told the original person I was working with had changed jobs until I asked to speak with a manger. I was then told the refund would be sent to the store and I would have to pick it up. Home Depot called me two weeks ago and told me my refund had arrived. I informed them I would be away for a week and I would be in to pick it up today, March 21 in the afternoon. I was told it would be waiting for me at the front desk. After driving an hour on my day off, I arrived at Home Depot only to discover that the refund check they had was for another customer, not me, and that mine had not arrived yet. I am honestly in shock this place is still in business. I have had to follow up multiple times per week since NOVEMBER and this issue has not been resolved. I will NEVER shop at Home Depot again, and I urge other customers to consider other options as well.

Went to purchase a husky 8 gallon air compressor. No one helped me since this was my first purchase. As I get home the 2 gauges are not aligned correctly and it is loose. As I go back to return it they immediatly tell me well it has to go through tool rentals. Well when they asked whats wrong I explained to them It is not aligned and air is escaping. The person quickly respond I have to purchase thread sealing tape. I said but why if its originally not suppose to. then as they wrapped it with sealing tape. the gauge was not aligned and they asked me its all set. I said " I want the air to be exactly like the box should be" There respond was "Thats just a picture nothing is accurate"...... so as i finally exchanged it guess what its a used one. How you like them apple is what LOWES IS NOW SAYING Since im now a 100% lowes customer. They Suck

Went on the morning to get cement , non of it was on the bottom, they were all on top shelf, I figure I would come back later afternoon , came back around 5 still was on the top shelf. Asked bunch of employees if they could bring it down , they all werent freindly, after over an hit of waiting I left. Dont waist your time here

This place has gone down hill. Went in to replace a dryer belt (for a dryer that we bought there) we used the app to see if we could find the belt on our own. We couldnt, so I flagged down an employee that looked on the app, and led us to the duct products. Thanks for nothing home Depot. Bye Felicia.

Worst day Ive ever had there.over an hour wasted for a storm door that was pre paid for and told it was brass fin. Not nickel fin.they didnt have it in brass.customer very upset.have to go and do this all over again at Warwick store..another hour or more waisted.

I have been a customer of Home Depot for a few years and so far Ive been very satisfied with all of their customer service especially with Max ,Sandra and Steve from the garden department. They always go above and beyond to find the right answer.
