phone did not have a crack on the screen when my wife gave it to the technician for USB repair. It took some time for the technician to come back and and informed my wife she cant fix the USB due to the crack on. She proceeded to put the screws back in the phone. My wife advised her there was not a crack on the phone when she gave. needless to say there was not a positive outcome for us due me writing this post. called and filled a complaint, Ive had good experience with Sprint in the past, so its rare for me to be writing a post like this.

I arrived shortly before their posted hours. They let me right into the store. Corey waited on me. He established new sprint service for me, informed me on phones, and set up the phone I decided on. He was very informative about the plans and also the extras like insurance. He assisted me in selecting what works best for me. The other employees were very nice. When I left a short time later, it was getting crowded, but the level of service I received would be worth a wait. I would highly recommend this Sprint Store and Corey.

Sprint customer service is ridiculous. (not the employees at that store) I have called numerous times and no one is able to find my account, old phone numbers, addresses, social security number, etc.....they say they dont see anything. Is that because they owe me???? Because in the past when I had their crappy services they sure knew me when it was time to pay that damn bill!

Walked in, signed in, and waited more than 50 mins to pay my bill. But not only that this new speaker theyre advertising was on full blast like we were at a club, and I couldnt have a phone conversation. Unbelievable!!!

The slowest at service ever. With low staff all the time at this location , your looking to wait at least 1hour before you get called. If your lucky!!

Not enough staff on duty. When the store gets busy you can expect at least a on hour wait or more. Some of the staff have bad attitudes.
