This is easily the worst UPS I have ever been to. I wanted to mail a letter cross country and ensure it got there within 3 business days (something i have done from the west coast on multiple occasions). They wanted to charge me the same price as shipping a 5 pound package the same distance. FOR JUST AN ENVELOPE! Then when I asked if I could just mail the letter as is, they said that they dont mail letters. I have been to many other UPS stores and those ones have had no issues mailing letters and buying stamps, ALONG WITH BEING FAR CHEAPER THAN THIS ONE. Dont even bother coming to this one. - More expensive than other UPSs - Cannot buy stamps - Cannot mail letters

Called ahead to have an ebay sale packed. They quoted me a price, and said it was no problem. When I arrived, they had no bubble wrap, no boxes, and the shipping quote was incorrect. Despite all of this, I felt treated as though I was an inconvenience, and my expectations-- of simply packing and shipping an item --were too much. I usually dont write reviews on places, but this was very disappointing.

Awful customer service! My husband went to have a document notarized that only needed his signature notarized. They first said that I as the document/plan owner needed to be present. I went back with him and then the story changed to my signature needed to be notarized even though the document clearly stated that his needed to be notarized.

When you go this place everyone must be take care cos there is one cheater his name is Masoud (the short guy) I sent same size paper package six days difference, he cheat me 9 dollars. If you get Robert the big guy he is good, and you will pay like every ups stores. I attached both receipts.

Just to tap a shipping bag ,they ask me $2 while I am using their service to ship. Wires UPS. will never be back there.
