Went to this store with my family, expecting it to be like all the other H&M stores (clean, professional, great customer service), but no, totally the opposite. Very disappointing. The store was not very organize, with clothes on the ground and all over the place. It look like a tornado went through the store. The cashiers were very unprofessional, they were having their own individual conversation amongst themselves with a long line of people waiting. My cashier in particular ask me I wanted a bag, after I said no, she turned around, went through her purse, took out a piece of gum and start chewing in front of me as if I wasnt there, and turned to her friend and start talking, not even acknowledging the fact that she was I wasnt there. Date I went there (10/18/15). Suggestions: Clean up your store, its giving (a not so good image of your other stores), hire better workers to provide a more professional customer service experience. If you can do at least these two things, I think Ill go back.

The store in downtown Silver Spring is run by a bunch of kids who are grossly unprofessional and ill equipped to enter the workforce. The store is consistently disorganized, the staff is rude, the lines are always unnecessarily long. The staff is usually too preoccupied with their own personal conversation to offer any help, ring up items expeditiously, or focus on what theyre doing. Ive been charged for its I didnt purchase and have had to point out the mistake. Great location but they should fire everyone and bring in more professional staff. I hate this particular store. I drive to Chevy Chase.

This is a relatively small location for an H&M and while Im glad it is there in a pinch it lacks the better styles of the downtown metro center location. It is a little quieter and better organized, depending on who is working. I wish they had more for men, but right now I would say it is just okay. Especially since they take forever to give you service when you check out, but they are friendly when they do.

This stores clothing is amazing. However I only have one pair of clothing from here because they never restock so I can never buy anything!! I promise Ive been looking at h&m for 2 months and they never come in stock at the same time, and also they never come period.

Typical H&M; if you like their clothes, you can get them here. Its hard to find employees if you have questions, and the lines tend to be really long. But like I said, its an H&M so youll probably deal with it if you like the clothes.

shame for h&m poor custemer service. Rude employes. even they dont have respect for any one. They dancing, tallking each other they never give you answer for your questions. I will never visit h&m stores agnain.

Clean and popular store and the employees are very helpful but the wait in line is way to long. People put things back and left because there were only to cashiers working the registers

Hours need to be changed on the website, went to the store assuming it open at 10 am like the website said but in the store said 11 am and the store was closed.
