Just left this place and i will NEVER go back. I like Burlington and always will but this location is terrible. The customer representations are rude as hell. What ever happened to customer 1st. I bought a swimsuit for a trip brought it back because i did not use it and i was told i could not return it. When i asked y they said its thier policy. The policy was never written down nor did the sale rep ever told me i could not return it. To save her butt she lied and said she did. If you van go else where please do because they are not good at what they do.

This review is of Burlington Coat Factory, not Baby Depot. I know that beggars cant be choosers, but WOW this store is a MESS. Its cheap, but its also incredibly depressing - full of obvious sweatshop-constructed, low LOW grade apparel. Anything name brand was uneccesarily expensive. The dressing rooms smelled like urine. I had to leave before I either cried or vomited. What a terrible experience.

What a terrible experience I had. I went to pick up a crib for my daughters baby that we had on layaway, and they lost the crib! To make matters worse, they tried giving us store credit instead of giving us the money we put down back....I wouldnt recommend this factory to anyone!

I LOVE a bargain probably more than most BUT I just cant deal with the mess everywhere that I have experienced each time I have been there... Maybe I was just unlucky? If you dont mind then they are along the same lines as TJMaxx, Ross, and others. The place is huge!

A good variety of clothing for everyone, if you are a child and you are an athlete, there is good soccer and football cleats, but there is barely any basketball shoes, which is what kids mostly look for these days. There is a variety of mens shoes though.

Basically your big-box department discounter, the selection was a bit sparse and the place was a bit dirty and didnt smell too fresh. Considering that there is a Marshalls and a TJ Maxx in the same building, there are plenty of other options.

I come here often for deals. They have improved with a more open layout and its easier to find items than before. A Dave & Busters is suppose to be moving across from it. PS...It is very awkward shopping for underwear near the cashier area.

Their customer service is 0; they are so slow and shop here often ,all the time anyway there is always took me about 20-30 minutes waiting in line to pay.
