Returned a pinata because I found one better online and askes if they had it in stalk. The girl didnt bother to check and told me no. I then askes ti see if the Rockville location had one, nor sure what she did bit all she told me was no they didnt (customer service sucks here no one is willing to help u and they answer your questions as they walk away from you) I left there and went over to the Rockville location and to my surprise they had 4. NEVER AGAIN USING THE WHEATON LOCATION!!

I called and spoke with a girl named Shimani (sp?) to ask a simple question about get-well balloons for my 4 year old goddaughter (she had surgery today). She put me on hold. 10 minutes later I was still on hold - 8 minutes later a guy answered. I told him I had been on hold for almost 20 minutes. No apology, no explanation, no nothing - he just asked what did I want. Bad attitudes and worse customer service.

Amazing store big and amazing selection but the service is HORRIBLE, so many employees huddled up with no assistance. I waited about 30 minutes just to place a balloon order with three people ahead of me......

Its an average Party City location. If you go there during the Halloween season be prepared for a zoo-like experience.
