I felt very relaxed and comfortable during my initial visit. The sales person attended to me quickly, answered questions, suggested phones, the whole 9 yards. I was impressed! The sales person and manager (this was about a year ago) talked up the Framily Plan and explained it thoroughly (so I thought) and sold me on it. What can I say...if it seems too good to be true...it is. After a few months, I had some issues with my service and the Framily Plan. I called Sprint customer service, as opposed to going back to the store. I explained to them what I was told and questioned why certain things seem to not be happening. The customer service person on the phone informed me that I was given the wrong information on the plan and at the time could really nothing about it except switch me to another plan which pretty much cost the same. I asked to speak to a manager and, of course, was put on hold for a ridiculously long time. Needles to say, I never spoke with the manager, which was beyond off putting. Especially after being on hold longer than 10 minutes (I hung up on the 10 minute mark). I would think, being rated number one in customer service (as they advertise), would have warranted a call back (since the calls are "recorded" and my number and account number was accessed, etc). But, nothing. I am very disappointed in Sprint as a whole. The store with workers selling pipe dreams, telephone customer service reps that are of no help, and online customer service reps (yes, Ive used the online customer service reps and still had no luck in getting my questions answered. They did assist me with adjusting something on my account, so Ill give them kudos for that. But, I seemed to just get copy and pasted replies for something else that did not cover my actual question) all seem to create a system of crappy customer service. Lesson learned.

Im not really one to leave reviews .but Besides being pricy n lied to about how much my monthly bill will be this place has horrible customer service everyone looks blunt n like they hate their job especially the dark skinned FEMALE TECH WITH A BRAID that works on Sundays . The boys in the front were the only ones that greeted me n directed me to the tech so she could look at my phone . I came up to her n she had such a nasty attitude n said what do u need as if i was bothering her or something . I asked her if she could look at my phone because it wasnt working properly she told me to take a seat. So I sat down for 30 minutes before being told by another worker she had 2 more phones to fix . Like why couldnt she just open her mouth n say that so I could come back another time . Anywyas . I told the worker I think I may have small water damage but that I have insurance . He said they couldnt fix it .. what is the point of paying for insurance then .. honestly sprint has to have higher standards when hiring employees because this store is just the worst with female employees with nasty attitudes . hope anyone who sees this review make the trip to the Columbia store instead of stopping here .

Honestly, the customer service at this place is horrible. Every time I go, there is only one person there that actually seems to know what theyre doing, if that many. The workers dont even TRY to make it seem as though they want to be there. I understand that its a job, and that its not fun to be there all day, but theyre getting PAID to make their customers feel welcome. Its not that hard. Theyre no joy on the phone either, seeing as every time I call I get some sarcastic woman that sounds like shes talking to some idiot not worth her time. Talk about rude. And on top of that, when you go to the store, youre there forever. There arent ever that many people in the store, but they still keep you there for hours, spinning around in circles. Honestly, 0/10, I would not recommend.

Called at 7:56pm to ask if there are any in store specials for tablets. A female rep answers in a low voice. I couldnt hear so I said "hello?" She repeated in the same tone "Laurel sprint store" straining to hear her I asked "hi are there any in store specials for tablets?" She said "no" and immediately hung up! What happened to "hi how can I help you?" "Have a great day!" Where is the customer service? Yall want to talk about how great your service is in comparison to Verizon, but hire people that have absolutely no desire to be helpful to potential customers. I will be going to Verizon thank you! They know what customer service is. Least you can do is be honest and put a disclaimer after your store hours saying "we will not help you when you call/come in close to closing!"

I have visited this local store three times since October of 2013. First, for a Samsung 3 tablet purchase and the staff was very knowledgable. Second, for a service visit in October 2014 for my Samsung 3 phone. Staff was courteous and efficient. I was given a time of two hours for the examination of my phone. Upon my return, the technician discussed the problem, the applied solution and returned the phone at the time promised. About three weeks later my Samsung phone developed another problem. On this visit, I met with the lead technician who asked to see the device immediately after about ten minutes, she returned to inform me that this was related to the earlier problem and that they were going to order another phone. The customer service was excellent, in my opinion.

Honest: This location has poor cutomer service. I had came to upgrade my phone and purchase a brand new phone, but all I recieved were stares from staff when I clearly stood by for help and made eye contact with the staff. I approached a member for help but stood by for more than 5 minutes and still got none. Also, a staff member had been checking in customers as they walked in, but as for me and my family were not greeted or signed in. I bet if I was in another Sprint or even a different mobile carrier they would have hosted me with a smile with an ACTUAL host/hostess.

I was a little nervous going in after reading the bad reviews, but the customer service here was fantastic. They made a point to greet every guest, they were very chatty...in a good way! And very nice. The only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is because it took a very long time for everything to be complete. However, thats probably to be expected from any phone store. Overall, very great and I would definitely go there again. I dont usually review things, but I just wanted to add my experience here since it was vastly different than others.

Their service is horrible. The worst sprint store I have ever been in. Poor service and poor management. I was told to come back for the 3rd time to fix my phone or would be given a new one. The manager said they couldnt fix it because of "water damage." No water damage the other 2 times I was there. If so why would I be told to come back?! And to top it all off, they broke the cover of my phone looking at it. I believe the sales guy was going to fix it until I brought my boyfriend in on the 3rd visit.
