I prefer Columbia MD to Laurel, because its closer to my home but I went to the Laurel AT&T store because it has better reviews. My cell phone quit working and I needed help transferring data to my new phone. Like any customer service business, in my opinion, the best employee likes phones and has spent time with them. That would Kyle. He knew his phones and the ins and outs of all of them in the store. Most importantly he efficiently transferred my data from one phone to another and I received good tips on how to take care of my phone. He also answered all the questions I had. I also recommend Humu (silent H). She was very helpful answering questions.

The person that helped me was okay, a little inexperienced. However, the person in charge (not sure if it was a manager) sat on her butt, listening to loud offensive music on her phone until it was time to close. Then she asks if he needs help. Then when he says hes okay, she proceeds to wipe down counter tops including where were working, interrupting us. I had to ask her to wait. Then she huffs off obviously annoyed because were not finished. Poor customer service overall.

All I can say is the sales man Mark seems only cares about how much he can sell me on phone accessories while I was there buying a new phone. He ended up totally screwed up my old phone plan, he seems only cares about his commission. Worst AT&T experience ever in this store. Dont think Ill go back.

When I just came in one of the employees helped me find what i was looking for. But after that, i was waiting for 30 minutes for someone to let me pay for my purchase. So I just turned around and left. This is ridiculous.

Did not tell me that if the tablet if it does not work I had to go all the way to Apple Store very inconvenient meaning that if its truly broken I shouldnt even have going back to the at&t store waste of my time.
