ABSOULUTE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT A REAL SPRINT STORE...THEY LIE ABD ARE VERY DECEPTIVE IN THEIR SALES PRACTICES. THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MISINFOFRMATION THEIR EMPLOYEES GIVE OUT TO GET A SALE!!! They blame Sprint and will tell you...."You signed, we dont care we got your money already!" AVOID THE COLONIAL PARK MALL IN HARRISBURG FAKE SPRINT STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO, ROBBED AND. RIPPED OFF! THEY CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT INFO WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE OR YOUR PERMISSION AND WILL DRAG OUT ALLEDGELLY FIXING THE PROBLEMS TILL IT IS TOO LATE TO BE FIXED!!!!

Wow! The Sprint store manager Fallon Kane provided excellent customer service. She helped this old retired U S Navy Veteran to get track of his people on his sprint galaxy 7 phone. Showed me how to do voice to text to have my appointments on order. Thank You Fallon!
