My starter died suddenly just before I had to be at work. From work I began calling around for prices, sears beat everybody, one of them by almost half. The original person I talked to (a girl) was very rude and had the personality of a turnip. The next day, because of prices only, I had my car towed there after speaking with charles. He called to tell me my car was there, called back to tell me they were testing it, then called to let me know they began. Because of charles I will be back. He was polite, professional, and kept me in the loop every step of the way.

The cashiers are bit inexperienced but overall pretty nice and friendly. Theres a lot of policy things (returns, layaways, Shop Your Way points and coupons) that are just way to complicated and difficult to understand. Pretty much, everything is always on sale though, so if I need some essential things, like gloves or hats or underwear, I can get good quality for less than 10 bucks at Sears.

Went in looking to buy a bed and new adjustable bed base. No workers to be found anywhere except the register joking around. All the beds were unplugged and the remotes missing. On my way to the next closest store that is roughly 40 minutes away in current traffic hopefully I have better luck there

Craftsman tools arent as good as they used to be, but still quite nice. Kenmore appliances on sale are a good deal. The employees are not consistent - some are quite nice and helpful, some are not.
