So i went into the store. The person in front of me was allowed to hold up the line for 15-20 minutes while they went through every item in their basket. This wasnt the stores fault. They then let them divide their purchase into 6 different tranactions so they could use a coupon for each transaction which they allowed because she had three children. Then i come up after waiting forever and she said she wouldnt let me use the coupon cause i had been through the line earlier that day. Driving 45mins to go there for 2 items, a kind lady said she would act for me in the same manner as the child did for the previous customer. Manager got rude and nasty. I should have been the irate one after this experience. She said, ugh this will never happen again. And then huffed. I was like why didnt you tell that to the lady before us 20 minutes ago. She wouldnt answer. Avoid bonnie at all costs is my advice. ☺

I drove at least 20 miles to buy a product from this store today, Nov. 24, Monday, which was confirmed on my email last Saturday, Nov. 22 at 1:19 a.m. (by the way, I saved the e-mail) that it was already in-stock. Unfortunately, the item (Red Shotgun Shell Knob) was still out-of-stock. According to the one in-charge, delivery is expected tomorrow, Nov. 25, Tuesday. Its quite disappointing! Oh by the way, I initially asked about availability of the item from a black saleslady but apparently she was not too eager to help as she just told me to go and look for it in the door knob section. Work of advice: Please be accurate in your emails and claims that a certain item is indeed in-stock to avoid waste of time of prospective customers.

Hobby Lobby is AWESOME! I went there to grab some things for a project to that is actually due tomorrow and they had everything in stock that I needed. What really made my experience great was when Asst. Manager Brian spoke and asked if I needed any help. He looked at the things I was getting ready to purchase and noticed that one of my items was damaged and gave me a percentage off for the item being damaged. I have never experienced customer service like that and was completely amazed at the help that was offered. I have definitely found my new arts and crafts store and highly recommend Hobby Lobby for almost anything! (particularly the one in Laurel and be sure to see Brian to make your experience extra special)

Bad experience we got there at 7:10pm and closing time is at 8pm. Entrance was blocked off with chairs. Went to see if they had the mirror I wanted, the lights are being turned off an on in the area I was in by employees then 2secs intercom turns on and its announced that in 10mins the store will close. By this time Im really annoyed so I just walked out and purchased a mirror from Walmart. (Plus it was the same mirror but cheaper) !!! Never will be going to this location again..

Great place to go for home decor. Wait for a sale and save 50% on everything. They typically have one at least once a month. They also have a coupon avaliable all the time for 40% off one item. Also a great place to get high quality cheap framing. I had a Doctor Who poster I wanted framed and every place in DC wanted at least $300. I went to Hobby Lobby and spent $120. Well worth the 30 min drive from DC. Also the staff is very friendly.

I went to the Hobby Lobby in Hagerstown Maryland getting ready for my granddaughters wedding wish I had started their first found so many things that I would have purchased earlier but I came out of the store with all the thing that could ever need. Going back again this this weekend.

Everyone that works here is focused on self. No one knows where anything is and didnt offer assistance. Rudeness is all we received trying to get supplies to fill a large order. Horrible

Selection is great and the service is so-so, but their hours are very inconvenient for people working full-time. I wish they were open until at least 9PM like most other stores.

There is always a great selection of items at Hobby Lobby. From home decorations to crafting, Hobby Lobby is the place to be. Its like Michaels but on steroids. Lol

Good quality items at great prices. May be a bit more expensive than other stores...but the quality far exceeds competitors.
