I will NEVER go to this place ever again and I recommend nobody ever visit this store!!! The employees were rude, they had no idea what they were doing, and they dont have a supervisor on site who can assist them when they dont know whats going on... They would not sell me a phone, even though I am an authorized user on the account and there reason was because my mother (who is disabled) is also an authorized user and we are not married.... I have power of attorney over my mother (which I had documents to prove) and they still expected me to bring in my bedridden disabled mother. I even had the AT&T costumer service on the phone and they jerk behind the counter still wouldnt hear it and wouldnt even acknowledge me... He said the manager will be in tomorrow and I can speak with him then, I asked what time and he said he doesnt know exactly, then he said and I quote "the manager kind of comes and goes but he should be in tomorrow anytime from 11:00am to 4:00PM." I came in the next day around 2:30 and said the manager will be in at 4:00 you can come back then, so I came back at 3:50 and he says you missed the manager, he already came by and left. When I said I wanted to file a complaint, he kicked me out of the store and threatened to call the police on me.... WORST PLACE EVER!!! I went to columbia right afterwards, it took me a whole 15 mins to get a new phone and everything completely set up. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time there.

Very unprofessional. Two reps continued to play games on their smartphones while they talked to me. It was very obvious they didnt want to be bothered. Of course, the reason why i visited the store in person was because I already tried other methods... they told me to call customer service and jumped right back to playing their mobile games. The person who was helping me wasnt knowledgeable, which is okay the person may be new. However it was obvious that this new person needed help and the ones that looked experienced were only answering questions in yes or no format without any explanation as they were playing games. As a customer, I shouldnt be the one to be standing there all awkward. I just told them okay, thinking that theres no need to waste my time or be frustrated for my own healths sake and walked out; However, most importantly... everything that they had told me turned out to be wrong (Inaccurate) information. Absolutely Worst.

The store associates are not knowledgeable at all and are lairs. The store mentioned told me that a new iphone on a new att account can be unlocked after 24 hours of paying off the phone. I asked him this multiple times as i was not sure. He confirmed and based on his response i moved from tmobile to ATT and paid off my brand new iphone7. Only to find out from ATT customer service two days later that phone cant be unlocked until 60 days have passed. They also said they are working out the switcher plan for me where ATT will pay for my unpaid phone coming over from tmobile. Now the store is telling me to go online and do it. The store just told me that no iphone 7plus is available in any store in maryland area. I just bumped in to a store in downtown baltimore and they have the same phone. Please beware and dont go to this store. They wasted at least 6 hours of my time just because of their lying and trying to get my business.

Blackspear hit the nail right on the head... This place was absolutely horrible!!! I highly recommend ANYBODY not waste 1 second in this store and drive right down the road to the columbia mall which is way better service, they actually have people on site who can help you, and best of all the employees arent rude. The man behind the counter literally laughed at me when I asked a question and proceeded to speak to me like I was a 12 year old child. I was completely appalled by how I was treated and the fact that I couldnt even speak to a manager and also couldnt be told when the manager actually works is pathetic and shows what type of owner runs this place.... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Very poor people skills and I was thoroughly disappointed in their ability to actually help my situation. After calling AT&T directly for more than an hour, the operator referred me to the store stating that they would be better suited and more capable to handle the situation. When I went to the store I felt like I was being shooed away the entire time and a burden. The customer is always in the right fellas. Youre going to see your store fail if you continue with that attitude set as well as a lack of understanding of your capabilities. People who dont speak "phone" need to be able to come to you and have all their frustrations answered not have them compounded.

They just opened in Nov. 2015. This store is an authorized retailer who is awesome. I went there because the buffoons at Columbia Mall (an ATT corporate store) ignored me and dont know a thing about customer service (read my review of them from earlier today). Anyway, Sahar (manager) and Mani (associate) were excellent. They are extremely knowledgeable, knew their way around the online system and gave me a a buy one get one free deal on the 6s as well as discounts on accessories. Thank you!

The store associates were not knowledgeable. While they were attempting to be helpful, they treated us as if we had no knowledge of product. Our sales representative proceeded to have an extended phone conversation while assisting us. He was unable to adequately answer questions that we did have regarding our plan. Though the location is convenient, you end up saving more time by dealing with informative representatives at Columbia.

This place is horrible!!! Very unprofessional!! Several of the employees were bickering and arguing with each other. Manager was even using the F word in the presence of children in the store. After watching the chaos for a few minutes, we left and went to the ATT store at the Columbia mall. The complete opposite experience and I was in and out in less than 10minutes!!

Great new store. Clean and well maintained. They have a nice TV to watch while you wait and everything. Located next to smash burger and pie five if you wanted to grab a bite to eat while you wait instead. Polite staff and very helpful. Got my G6 half off last month with a new tablet and love all my new gadgets. Will be coming back when my brother needs his upgrade
