Follow Up: I went back to the store in September to complain and look to get the extra lines closed and cleared up. While the new manager of the office was able to close the lines for me, I was still charged for the time I had the lines open and I still have the insurance, which I explicitly stated I didnt want, on my account, despite the managers assurance that it would be removed. I dont have a problem with ATT, just with this store and its horrible staff. Original: Went in to look at possibly upgrading my Galaxy 4 to a 7. Was told by the sales rep that there was a promotion running that if I purchased the S7, I would get a Gear S2 and a Galaxy Tab E , free. Naturally I was excited. Agreed to the purchase, asked if there would be any additional fees because I didnt want to pay more then just the upgrade price to the phone, was told there were no additional fees, just tax. Paid the taxes and left. Fast forward to my first bill post purchase. Find there is not only are there 2 new lines on my account for the tablet and the watch but also additional fees to the tune of $32.20 a month. Cant believe the sales guy (Anthony who is mentioned in other reviews) straight up told me there were no additional fees. On top of this, I specifically told him I didnt want insurance and he agreed with me. Look at my bill and I am being charged 7.99 a month for Premium insurance.

Since when is lying to customers about a products capabilities, for the sake of a sale, acceptable??? I returned the product, only to have the store manager, "George" argue with me about how the accessory works on his phone. Another manager, "Jose," jumped in to argue with me as well. Well...argue at me, because in my opinion, it wasnt a discussion. At that point, I decided that was not getting the home security system or Direct TV from them that I was also planning to sign up for. Caesar was nice and the only reason I didnt personally come for George & Jose in my FULL capacity. George is an ass...Rude and blatantly disrespectful. I have written corporate about him. I will not return to this store because I love my freedom, and as ignorant as the "store manager " is, I was tempted to pop him and had he continued to provoke the situation, who knows what my response would have been. Hes a wanna "Hardware Boy" who needs to stop frontin , lose the fake urban accent, and head back your the valley. Worst location and wanna be management EVER.

While its sad I have to give this place a 1 star because of only one particular associate that I unfortunately got stuck with, this was a terrible experience that leads to the only review Ive ever given a business The associate Anthony couldnt of been a more disrespectful punk that obviously hates his job - Its unfortunate that I had the displeasure of getting stuck with this ignorant individual for no reason other then the fact that he is miserable, but he ended up costing his store two new phone purchases by us walking out and at another ATT up the street for a much better experience. * For the store, fire this low life and stop taking recommendations to hire people other employees are friends with (its fairly obvious this was the only way this punk would get hired anywhere) * For the customer, avoid this store IMO - there are much better locations not even 5 minutes up the road that will suffice your needs without the risk of running into this loser.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! this locations customer service is despicable. i tried to work with them on fixing a mistake they made (DO NOT LET THEM PUT A LIFEPROOF CASE ON YOUR PHONE) that caused the warranty to be voided. i was rudely told that there is no proof they put the case on. then i was given the offer of upgrading early (which they offer to basically any customer who walks in the store in order to make a sale). in other words... they wanted me to not only pay for their mistake but waste one of my upgrades. with plenty of other at&t locations i see no reason to support a store with such dismal customer service.

Ive been doing business with this store for years. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Ive had nothing but top notch service from these people. The store in Columbia Mall, next to the carousel, is also very good. They have always honored my requests and made things work the way I like. Not rude at all...in fact, they have always been quite courteous and helpful.

I was greeted immediately at the door, he was quick , and right to the point , he resolved all my issues , informed me of all my options, and showed me how to save money but just not on my phone bill but cable too. Explained all options with pricing and variables. He even walked me to the door and held it open up. My exit.

Lying and deceiving customers is what they do best. Had numerous fees and charges on my bill after coming in and upgrading my phone. I was not told about any of them but clearly the incentives are misaligned when all the employees care about is getting a sale.

I went in and had Jay help me tranfer my phone data and sim card. Everything was quick and flawless and was so nice and fun to talk too. I will definitely be coming back again.

I was sold an iphone 6s plus screen protector instead of an iPhone 7 plus protector. I didnt realize the mistake until after I had already placed it on my phone.

The phone bill for family plan id not good the internet and data are awful unless pay much more . Cricket and t mobile are fari in service and fees.
