My sister sent my husband and I an arrangement after the passing of his mom. Within less than 3 full days the arrangement was 90% dead. When I called to speak with the shop owner she stated there was nothing she could do...despite their card stating "they have an excellent reputation and never failing to meet your expectations" In addition, she was rude and disrespectful to me on the phone. I would not recommend The Flower Basket Indian Head, MD for their poor quality, lack of professionalism, or pride in their product.

Owner and or sales rep is rude and their delivery van looks very bad. Even missing window. Doesnt represent a nice appearance.
