I ordered roses to be delivered on Mothers Day from the Garden Path. I was told that I could order an arrangement of roses that would be delivered on Sunday. After paying with my credit card and expecting that would be delivered, I received a call on Sunday at 4pm asking if I wanted to change my arrangement because the original one had sold out. Given the fact that Mothers Day was almost ordered and I was angry that nothing had been deliver yet, I asked to speak to the manager. I spoke with a man named Jim who told me I was out of luck and they could deliver something else but not roses. He said that called immediately after I ordered to tell me those flowers were sold out. This was false given I called around 10am and my caller ID had a call from the florist at 5pm, while I wasnt home. After telling him that I was disappointed and couldnt understand what happen, he decided to hang up on me. This happen again when I called a second and third time to voice my frustration. More than anything I was angry in the fact that (1) they lied about reach out to me and (2) that Jim would hang up on a customer. Totally unprofessional and I would not recommend the Garden Path for anything.

A friend sent me a gift from online which came through this store. When it arrived it had an overwhelming cigarette smell (teddy bear and balloon). I called the store to tell them and was told they would replace the item the next day because the drivers were gone for the day. The following day no one came to replace it. A man called asking if the driver had come back for it immediately after the first delivery and said someone should have called me to say he was - but I never received a call from the store. So far no one has fixed this and frankly they havent been friendly either. Definitely use a different flower shop and avoid this place.

Extremely Friendly, excellent service.. I ordered my wife flowers at 11:30 and they were in her hands by 1:30 and just as beautiful as the picture. I dont believe I will order flowers from any other place .. thanks for making my wifes day ..

I was very disappointed in the flower arrangement that I ordered. I called and voiced my concerned and sent a picture of the disappointing arrangement. It was defiantly not $50 worth of flowers. I would not order from here again.

Good place to get interesting flowers and balloons on the fly. The home goods they stock are unique but incredibly over priced
