My original review is below and is there for two reasons. One is to show the difference between an arrangement actually made by The Flower Basket and another unnamed florist. The second is to speak to the integrity of the Flower Baskets owners. I asked for a refund and the owner agreed. In communicating with him it was apparent the arrangement had gone from his shop through teleflora to another florist. When I realized that I asked if he could produce an arrangement for me in lieu of the refund. I cant tell you how impressed I was with his integrity and service. Most of all my wife is happy with the arrangement. The lesson to be learned here is to make sure to check that the florist you order from is the one who is going to make your arrangement. This can be accomplished by calling the florist. It is not apparent online. Not all florists are equal. Old Review: I ordered the Premium "So Enchanted" bouquet which is pictured below. What I got is also pictured below. Its not bad its not $125 good either. This looks more like a pinterest fail than the product of a professional florist.

After attempting order online and having to talk to someone in a foreign country, I found The Flower Basket. What a nice experience. I talked with Lisa who was so nice and accommodating . Although the delivery is for tomorrow, I like the way they deliver the flowers. They not only leave it in a secure location, but notify the recipient via a text and ask them to call back when order is received. The other nice thing is that they have all my delivery information on file now. So, I can go on line to see what I want and call them for immediate service. I will use this florist for all future orders. Thanks Lisa.

On such a short notice they listened to what I needed for my grandmothers funeral and did a subpurb job! I cried when I saw the flowers bc it was exactly what I had in mind for my garden club Nana. They are amazing to work with and truly sympathetic people that get the job done in just hours! 100% please and so thankful for their speedy and talented work!

I used this florist for a bouqet of flowers for my wedding anniversary. I texted them a picture of my wedding day floral arrangement and they matched it perfectly on short notice.
