Horrible customer service from Evonne, i called to make a small complaint about how what my boyfriend ordered for our anniversary was NOT what was delivered. I received a "congratulations" balloon instead of "happy anniversary" like he ordered and when i mentioned it to EVONNE she was loud and rude and kept referring to me as "GIRL". Of course i was frustrated as well but i should not have gotten attitude in return. There was no apology of any sort. If you want your flowers delivered as a surprise make sure to put what part of the city they are for even if there is a zip code because they do not use gps or google apparently and will call you to find out where the location is although they have the FULL address and Name of the company. And the card messages are hand written in horrible handwriting its barely legible. The flowers are beautiful but the experience was horrible.

I love sending flowers to the women in my life. I usually go through Proflowers, 1800flowers, etc...but this time I wasnt feeling spending over $20 for delivery charges. So, I decided to support a small business. I found Flowers by Von through word of mouth. I have to say, I love her personality, customer service and how welcoming she was. The prices were very reasonable and the delivery charge was great. And for those things I give two stars. I have to admit I was disappointed with my moms birthday flowers. It really didnt look like or close to the Deluxe flowers I ordered. And for that I only gave one star. I was really rooting for this florist and I might give them one more chance.

Flowers delivered same day ordered. Easy to order. Owner was very pleasant. Arrangement was full. Flowers were fresh. Good value. The receipent sent me a pic. I was pleased. I will place future orders with flowersbyvon.
