We had a big garden project to do and wanted to purchase specific plants. I stopped by in person in the fall to ask about whether it would be possible to get those plants all at once if I requested them before spring orders were placed. The manager assured my in person and by email that this would be possible, and asked me to email her with a specific list in February. I spent at least two days researching plants and making a list, and emailed her my list in early February. She told me we could take care of it in march. March rolled around and I contacted her again with my list, and she said that she had not looked at it yet, but could take care of it when she got back from vacation. Two more weeks passed, and finally she told me that she could not fill any of my requests, not with the plants I wanted or with similar plants. At this point, it was too late to order with another nursery. She really screwed us over. I wish she had just told us no in the first place, or had bothered to look at our list in February to tell us no then when we still had time to make other arrangements. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Ordered seasoned firewood for delivery, confirmed with the person on the phone, Carol, that it would be seasoned hardwood that is delivered. What arrived was fresh cut, the delivery person(very nice) told me that he was instructed to deliver this load even though they had seasoned wool on hand. real disappointing. Called the nursery and Carol was testy on the phone said refund was in the mail. All I really wanted was the seasoned wood no reason to be rude. never go there again

I literally had the best experience here. My poor bonsai tree was dead/dying and Carol educated me on the life of my plant. The knowledge in one mind is unbelievable! The people have a true sense of nature here and are very well connected to the plants. If you have questions about a plant go here and let them be your plant doctor!

Did not deliver 6yd volume of topsoil I paid for. After a week of emails, they made another delivery and I am satisfied with the product, but will look elsewhere for future landscaping needs.
