Norfolk Florist provided flowers for my June wedding. I asked alot of them and they met the challenge! My preferences and dislikes were numerous. But, their expertise and willingness to work with my individual style, while offering professional guidance and advice is commendable. The customer service is truly impeccable! Tommy Venters stepped in and took over the details of my wedding just a few weeks prior and he and the team did an EXCELLENT job! It was truly a beautiful day, in part because of Norfolk Florist. I would recommend them to anyone and I will certainly use them again for various occasions. I had an outstanding customer experience and Norfolk Florist has earned my loyalty! THANK YOU!!! I will always remember because my pictures will tell the story again and again!!!

I ordered the Crazy for Daisies basket featured on the website for my mother who is recovering from knee surgery. I placed the order online at 6 am for same day delivery. The bouquet was delivered by 10:30 that morning! Not only did the flowers arrive well before I imagined, but they were simply stunning. I ordered the daisies because they have special meaning for my mother. I thought the bouquet was nice on the website, but the quality and size of the flowers, and basket they were delivered in, was well beyond nice (not the cheap, thinly woven basket I expected). The addition of the blue and white gingham ribbon was perfect. Thank you! Your flowers cheered my mother exceedingly. Next time I need to have flowers delivered in the Norfolk/VA Beach area, I will be sure to use you!

I was contacted by Norfolk Florist because of the bad review below. I have a great chat with a manager of Norfolk Florist and he understood my unhappiness over the flowers and apologized. I told him I loved Norfolk Florist and had just recommended them last week to another friend out of my area and she was extremely pleased with the flowers and the service. He also credited 1/2 of my total order back to my credit card. I understood I had no control over how the flowers were arranged in Raleigh. I would still use Norfolk Florist and highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Norfolk Florist for taking the time to call me and chat.

As I live in Pennsylvania, I have not seen the flowers delivered to my Mother in Chesapeake today. However, the Customer Service I received from Jessica EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! She handled my order when I called to change the delivery time. I was most impressed with her ability to understand my concerns. She knew the location where they were to be delivered and was kind enough to listen to my special situation. Thank you for having such a polite, focused, and capable employee. I definitely will recommend Norfolk Florist to all of my friends in Virginia. Thank you again.

On 11/9 I ordered 21 balloons for my daughters 21 birthday and I spoke to Sue. First i was nervous because i am a couple of hours away from my daughter since she is in college. On 11/11 the balloons were delivered and the arrangement was PERFECT !!!! SHE LOVED IT !!!! Thank you so much Sue for taking care of the order and reassured me that it will be perfect. Next time i need flowers or balloons in the Norfolk area I am definitely calling you !!! Again, Thanks Sue the balloons were PERFECT !!!!

Ordered two arrangements for a funeral - one to the funeral home, one to the house - was disappointed with both. The one to the funeral home had carnations that had been artifically died and it showed - it was a fake looking color. The ones sent to the house were the most disappointing. It looked like an arrangement that should have cost half of what it did. I will not order from Norfolk Florist in the future. The bought a local florist several years ago and all personal service has been lost.

I ordered for Valentines Day and will never again use this service. It was delivered with only HALF the order. When I called to find out where the rest of the order went they said they can refund my money...when I said that I wanted the rest of the order he said it wouldnt be until the next day...since it was Valentines Day I had to pay a delivery fee of $14.95 and for what? Half my order is what. I will never use the company again and have shared this experience with EVERYONE I know.

Flowers were not delivered on Valentines Day. They left a card on the door and sent me a delivery confirmation email. When I asked the recipient if she received the flowers, she said she called the number on the card twice and left messages with no return calls. I called and they said "We had a record number of orders that day. Would you like to re-schedule delivery?" When I told them again that they already sent me a delivery confirmation there was no concern at all.

Flowers were delivered exactly on time and came out just as pictured online. I had ordered the "Better" upgrade option, however, the ones that were delivered were the standard grade as shown online. I contacted the company via email and explained what happend and requested a credit to my account compensating for the upgrade that didnt occur. I was pleased with the promptness of the email response, espeically on Valentines Day. Would recommend.

I highly, highly recommend Norfolk Florist for any special event. I worked with Stacy Goodrich at the Baker Rd location in VA Beach, and she was nothing short of perfect. She listened to exactly what I wanted, gave me a clear breakdown of pricing, and managed my expectations perfectly. Delivery was timely and efficient. I didnt have to babysit anyone. I wouldnt use anyone else for my special occasion floral arrangements.

This is my second time ordering flowers from Norfolk Florist, both times while being out of town. The first time I was in Arizona, and everything was perfect. The second time I was deploying to Afghanistan. I could not be happier with their customer service and professionalism. They even let me send a special note with my order. My family and I orders flowers for our grandfathers funeral and I was very happy with the service and the arrangement. The person who took my order was plesant and helpful, and the flowers, beautiful. I had a color change request, as the original arrangement was all in pink. They honored the request and made the arrangement better than I could have expected. I will recommend Norfolk Florist in the future without question.

I ordered this moning at about 10:45 am a Green potted Deluxe PeaceLilly plant over the internet and happened to be at the home it was delivered to when it arrived about 2:30 pm. I could not believe how gorgeous it was and how quickly it got there with doing it over the internet. Norfolk Florist always delivers (no pun intended) great products. Always fresh and beautiful! I was so disappointed in the Fall Cube Bouquet, VA-2052, amount $59.95. One of the advertised characteristics of this arrangement was the "orange glass cube". The delivered arrangement came in a clear glass cube. Considering the cost of this arrangement the amount of flowers included was at least 1/4 to 1/3 the amount represented in the on-line picture. Total misrepresentation of how this arrangement was advertised.
