My scale: Location/convenience, friendliness of staff, variety, arrangements, and overall likability. Came in as a walk-in to get flowers for a friend and some for myself. A woman greeted me and seemed nice. I asked if they had bouquets for walk-ins and all they had were tulips. I purchased the tulips. Then I looked around for myself and there were flowers by the window. I asked what they were called, and she scoffed. I asked if I could buy them and she looked at me like "but theyre just fillers". I told her I still wanted them, and she had this attitude about it. They have flowers that they deliver, but not many options for walk-ins. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed.

Google has a coupon posted on the site for Johnnies, expiring 10/30/10. They said this is not their coupon, and they will not honor it. They were perfectly nice on the phone. My only disappointment with their customer service was the coupon confusion.
