Terrible customer service. I asked for an exchange because a product was broken and instead the cashier returned it. When I questioned why shes returning it, she said that I asked for it. When I tried to say that I never said that , she gave me a negative attitude. It was really unnecessary and there was no apology for receiving a broken item

The customer service is absolutely horrid at this location. Ive been to this Sephora on several occasion. However, I only go when I know exactly what I want, because the associates in there are absolutely useless. They dont greet you or ask if you need assistance. When you do ask for help they act as if youre bothering them.

I was not greeted once until I asked the cashier a question. There were about 5 customers in the store and 2 employees working. I ended up leaving my purchase on the counter after standing for about 8 minutes in line with not so much as a "someone will be with you shortly."

The associate was nice but the store it self was horrible. There was no organization. There werent any good samples on the shelves (dried up and/or dirty) or werent any at all for that matter. It was DIRTY. No selection whatsoever. The make up station was disgusting.
