Had to make a simple return and the service was awful. There was no one at the registers, so I stood and waited for about 10 minutes almost.. and there was only one other customer in the store. I stopped worrying about that once someone did acknowledge me, but the person who did was rude and hasty. I already was dreading making the return. This was about the 3rd or 4th time Ive had a bad experience in this Sephora and its a shame since the only other one closest to where I live is 45 minutes away. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would.

Very poor customer service! This is the first Sephora Ive been to that doesnt care, all I wanted was an advice on a product one lady told me to wait while she chit chatted and the other girl went to help someone even though I was there first and still ignored me as well. Stood there for 30 mins and nothing, they only seem to choose who they want to help.
