18 июля покупал жене духи. Выбор большой , обслуживание нормальное. Нашол , взял , оплатил. Но цена на ветрине была 130$ . А на кассе выбили чек на 178 $. Выяснилось что чек на ветрине перепутали. Сделал возврат. Расплачивался картой VISA. Прошло 3 дня. А деньги невернулись. Я моряк , у меня нет возможности приехать в магазин. Надеюсь что деньги всётаки вернут.

I went to Sephora for my birthday to buy things Id been eyeing and to get my birthday gift. I decided that Id like to get my makeup done as well, and made an appointment beforehand. Jason is an AMAZING makeup artist, and he is super nice as well! He did my makeup beautifully with products that I definitely loved. Just from talking to him for a few minutes, he knew exactly the look I wanted. He explained everything he was doing step-by-step and gave plenty of helpful makeup tips. He was super knowledgable about all the makeup used, and he even knew what I was talking about when I mentioned specific products- he knew the finish, color, etc. and could converse about them easily when I mentioned them. I couldnt recommend this Sephora more, and hes definitely one of the reasons for it. :)

I love Sephora, not the staff. They have a very nice and broad selection of makeup and perfumes, but is it really worth being treated badly by the faculty. I was with my friend and she has a very heavy accent and it felt like the sales associate just didnt feel like dealing us. We asked for ONE sample of a Bulgari perfume and once I said I think we have enough, he said, "I think you do, too. Bye now." I was OUTRAGED. I didnt want to be treated with such disrespect! So in conclusion, if you are fine with being treated with impoliteness, go ahead! Once more, I love the products at sephora, not the staff.

I went into Sephora looking like a hot mess! I just got off work, my hair was a wreck and was having an over-all ugly day. It didnt matter to the girls in Sephora; they didnt care that I was younger than their typical clientele (a usual reason I am ignored in certain stores) nor did they care that I had absolutely no makeup on. I waited for an available artist. She got me exactly what I wanted, helped me find everything I needed, and the products she recommended are GREAT! I have a lot of confidence in the training and management in that store and will return again and again.

The Towson Store is the worst...Staff isnt helpful or knowledgeable about Sephora products. Ive been there several times and have spent quite a bit of money and have never been given samples. Ive had sales people follow me around the store. Ive decided never to go back and telling my associates not to spend a dime in that store.

Its so big and well-stocked. Staff is super friendly. Yesterday, Zayra (insta @zayralizzeth) did my full face makeover and I felt like a bombshell! I had a makeup inspo pic that I really wanted to do a copycat of the eyeshadow off of and, not only was she super excited to do it, she pretty much NAILED it!

They have inventory problems and are often out of popular items. The store often looks picked-over. Some staff members are helpful, others are not. One clerk practically knocked me over when I was looking at some lipstick because she wanted to get to the same area. Ive received very few samples.

I love all the makeup artist but the management is horrible, very difficult to deal with unprofessional . Emily was very rude, couple of makeup artists wanted to help but she refused to let anyone do so because per her words she already assigned someone who is not even available.

i had a lady come up and stand behind me the whole time asking me questions and on her microphone said "dont worry im over here" and then at the register the other lady microphoned "at register" shop online. free shipping above 50. dont give them comission
