This is not cool. Yesterday, I went to JCPenney with my sister and when I came to the juniors department, there was clothes all over the floor! Im thinking people would just throw the clothes on the floor like its dirty. If you think thats messy, wait until you see the shoe department; shoes was all over the floor, employees need to watch the customers and make sure they put the shoes back where they were.

Ariel This is a common problem. Staff try to put things back and some customers just look it and throw it everywhere. I was looking for shoes and the woman next to me looked at a pair of shoes and threw one one way and other the other way. She did it four times and I said to her - What are you doing? She walked off

Surprised this place is still open? I heard the management here is terrible and that they just dont know how to operate properly. They either need to get that fixed or nobody will work here, all the time you see different people in different departments. Which is why they never memorize anything

The staff is completely disinterested in helping you out. I literally had to walk around loudly asking for an employee in order for some help. Plus, its seems like theyve set the air conditioning to a balmy 85 for the summer hours. Ill never come back here.

One of the better stores. Always been taken care of when I ask for help and they give out great discounts. Great for short people (Im 54") and I love their dresses.

Big place with nice items, goods are fair priced. You can get adult and kidds staff with variety. I liked the place
