Shopping here is traumatic. It has to be the most stressful shopping experience on this here earth. It perpetually looks like a tornado tore through it and Im not sure if it is the stores fault or the fault of the Neanderthals that wreck a shop like that. People bring their battalion of children and let them run amok. STRESS INNA MI CHEST!! The staff is rude and really dont care. A lot of them are phoning it in. The nail in the coffin is the checkout line. It runs to the very back of the store with only 2 cashiers at any given time. You can legit die in that line.Yes the items are cheap but I would rather go to goodwill and hold on to my sanity. It is all so overwhelming and not in a good way. If you have the fortitude to weather this place, good luck. But I strongly suggest you dont play yourself..please.

This place must be doing well because its ALWAYS crowded. The funny thing is that there never seem to be any registers open. Plenty of sales people and staff around though that seem to wander around straightening shelves that never seem to be straight. On a positive note, they do have a lot of stuff and their prices seem to be lower than the Marshalls next door. Unfortunately, I never end up buying anything because I get frustrated at the length of the checkout line and leave.

Staff is rude, never said hello or offered help. Broken merchandise as display/ floor models. Security guard on the evening shift on 1/5/16 had nasty attitude, idk if she takes her job too seriously or what but she would not stop following my family and I, every time I saw eye to eye she would portray a disgusted emotion on her face, (as if she were superior). She looked even more disgruntled at check out.

Terrible. I asked the manager Christian for help with the jewelry. He blew with frustration, ignore my questions, tapped his fingers. I asked if I was annoying you because it was just that evident that he was annoyed so I did did not ask for the earrings when the time came for me to paid for my items Very unprofessional and the store was too junky.

Looked at line for checkout at 8p with apprxomately35 people and 2 cashiers and customers are walking out. Its particularly annoying when you see people setting up hangers behind the counter. I cant do Ross - this is one of the most poorly managed stores. You may be doing well but just imagine that you could be doing even better. ,a

Most cashiers radicles customers of their ascent and even when they cant find what they want; instead of providing assistance to satisfy them. They are very disrespectful and impolite. I practical has to request to speak a manager before their staff offered to help. This should never be the case.

This store is a total mess rude managers and associates , I have never been to a Ross store this horrendous and as i mention in my title a mess sloppy as hell, Marshall next door is so much more delightful.
