The Manager Chris Here Had To Be The Worse. The Store Is Crazy Messy And Always Hard To Find Items, The Make Up Section Is Horrible. I Found A Make-Up Kit I Finally Wanted But Was Missing The Bottom, I Found Another But The TOP Was Messed Up! I Grabbed Them Both And Took Them To Checkout To See What The Cashier Can Do To Fix This Problem(they was the last two kits) She Told Me Shed AsknYhe Manager And Thats When Everything Went Wrong. After Waiting 15mins For The Manager To Finally Get There, And The Two Ppl Leaving The Line To Get In Another And Been Checked Out Im Still In This One Line Waiting. The Manager "Chris" Arrives, I Ask Her Was She Busy? She Replied "Always, So What Do You Need" I Told Her I Didnt Like Her Tone But Proceeded To Tell Her My Problem. After Explaining The Problem To Her About The Make-Up She Replied "Thats NOT MY Problem, I Cant Do Anything...!!!" Uumm Okay. My Friend Was Behind Me About To Pay For His Order When Chris Then Told Us. "We Dont Need Your Money, Get Out My Store" I Didnt Leave As I Wanted A Reason. Chris Then Went To Get Mall Sercurity, And Had Us Both Put Out The Store.I Was In Total Disbelief. As I Live In The Area And Shop There At Least 2 A Week!

Let me start by saying this is ONE if not the TOP WORST BURLINGTON IN MARYLAND. They barely have inventory, lines are ALWAYS long, they have more staff on the floor than ACTUALLY WORKING AT THE REGISTER! Everytime I go this store, I leave with some type of disappointment! I am very shocked people actually steal from this location (which I have seen on MANY occasions). Please take this store as an EXAMPLE, as "the Farther you go out the area, the better inventory, staff, and service is" NEVER WILL I go back to this location.

They never have enough cashiers and lines are always long. The cashiers have to answer phones and ring customers at the same time which is a distraction when we are trying to do our business then leave. I will not shop here if there is a better option available

Seemed clean, employees seemed pleasant enough, but they have a very small and not well-stocked section of mens dress clothes (suit pieces, button downs, ties), which was disappointing compared to other Burlingtons Ive been to

This is the best Burlington I have been to. The employees are very helpful and friendly and the store is clean very well stocked. I definitely will be coming back here.

They should call this Burlington Coatless Factory because they really dont have any coats and their lines be way too long but other than that its okay store.
