Sou brasileiro. Gosto das lojas da rede pela qualidade e pelos preços das roupas. Já fiz compras na Ross em Miami, Nova York, KeyWest e agora em Washington. Não me agradou o atendimento aos clientes, principalmente na fila e nos caixas. Creio que deveriam melhorar o treinamento dos colaboradores, para atendimento a turistas. Não voltaria nesta loja, em DC, mas apesar deste contratempo nas outras fui muito bem tratado. Não recomendo.

I´m used to shopping in stores like Zara or forever 21, you know, the middle brands, not too famous that they are expensive but famous enough that they are stylish. The worst brand I would go to is probably primark and I still think they have great selections. However this store just didn´t have anything... Let me rephrase that, its not that they didn´t have anything, its just that i didn´t like anything. They were just not stylish at all. But the absolute worst thing about this store, I have I agree with my other reviewers on this page... the absolute worst thing about this store is that it builds up a huge line for some reason. I supposed it has something to do with the staff botching up somehow. Won´t be returning but that doesn´t mean you shouldn´t check it out, you might like their clothes.

Very poor customer service ever. Today march 28 2016, a woman named Valerie who happens to be the manager, approached me in a very rude way as I was walking to the fitting room and failed to see a sign that asks customer to hang their item there before walking to the fitting room. She raised her voice on me with some ghetto attitude for past walking the sign and started lecturing me as if I had failed a medical safety protocol and have endangered the whole place. When I told her how rude she was, she started arguing with me instead of apologizing forcing me to raise my voice on her as well. This woman does not have a clue of what customer service is and she is the manager. Poor customer service ever.

The store shelves and racks are always half empty, it looks like they are in desperate need of items to stock in the store. Store manager was on her cell phone while ringing me up. I asked a man who works there if he works there because I needed help, he rudely says to me yeah I work here but Im off. I was complete turned off by his lack of customer service, he could have easily pointed me in the right direction to receive help.

The store is always messy. Prices arent always clearly marked. The employees attitudes are eh. And I bought a lot of clothes and the cashier just balled them up in the bag. If it were not for her incompetence leaving the alarm on my clothes, making security pullbthe stuff out to find the alarm tag she missed, I wouldve gone home with wrinkled clothes. The security guy folded them for me. Pish posh.

Really great prices on all clothing and home wares that I looked at. Very nice selection of good quality clothing including designer suits and dresses. Convenient location. Store was very neat when I went a week ago.

This store is very hit or miss. The clothing options are pretty good. I wish they had a better shoes selection. The home-goods sections could also be improved. Lines get a little long at times.
