I came in to the rugged wearhouse located in the college park area to shop. I love this location due there wonderful associates and great customer service. I was in the store shopping with my kids and i had asked a guy if i can use there restroom and the man had told me it was out of service that i couldnt use it. I said ok not less that 3 minutes and another young lady asked him if she can use the restroom he said oh ok let me open it for you. I couldnt believe what i was hearing. I felt like he denied me the restroom because i am a hispanic woman. I felt discriminated i waited until the restroom was available and made sure to ask someone else .The young lady was nice enough to let me use the restroom I asked the young lady who the tall black man was and was told me he was the manager. I dont understand why rugged wearhouse hires people like this no matter what color skin you are or where you come from we should be treated equally and i feel that rugged wearhouse hire racist people. I dont ever want to step a foot in this store while this racist man is in the building.

Worse place ever. Disgusting I would never recommend this place. We as customers are better taking our money to Marshalls, Ross, Burlington and Khols. I went twice and saw trash everywhere even in there fitting room. Even there fitting room smelled like piss. There MANAGER Brandon is rude and racist. He even treated this very nice white gay male like he was below him. He gave him a look and acted like he wanted to fight him. I would not suggest this place at all. It is totally not worth the time or money to get disrespected and hated on for ones preference. GLADLY WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSE WHERE. I stand with the LGBTQ community.

I TRULY LOVE SHOPPING AT RUGGED WAREHOUSE ! I ALWAYS LEAVE WITH REALLY GOOD QUALITY CLOTHES AND BEST OF ALL VERY VERY REASONABLE PRICES ! IF YOU HAVENT SHOPPED HERE THEN I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GOING , , I BE GUARANTEE IT MIGHT BE YOUR FIRST TIME BUT DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE YOUR LAST !!!!!

Rude staff, really should work on tone of voice with customers. No one could tell where the line starts so a young man working the counter was rude about where we should all stand. Other staff was very nice including the security guy.
