DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!!! I purchased an iPhone 5s on 3/23/17 for my daughter, she didnt like the phone so on 3/25/17 i called the store and asked what the return policy was. I was told that you can return an item within 6 days of purchase as long as you have the original receipt and the phone had under 59 talk minutes. On 3/27/17 i went back into the store to return the phone and was told the phone could not be returned because a reset was done to the phone. (Who doesnt do a factory reset to a phone when returning or exchanging it to delete your personal info) the people working at the store said that with the phone being reset that couldnt verify that the phone had under 59 minutes of talk, so i then said well its my account and i know the account info i can call metro pcs and have them tell you that the phone had under 59 minutes of talk. And they said no we cant do that. So i then gave them a second option , i said well i can go one line to metro pcs and sign into to the account and print out an account statement showing the the one did indeed have under 59 minutes of talk time again they said no we cant do that. Terrible store with Very stupid unknowledgeable people working in the store.

There is false information all over about this specific location. Online it says that they are open from 9AM -8PM on Friday (LIE). The sign on the door says that they are open from 10AM-8PM (LIE AGAIN). I was at the store at 8:51 AM trying to take care of some business before work. I waited until 10:45AM before I pulled off and the store was still dark, no one had come in and I watched about 5 people come and go because the store was not open. I called the number listed online for the store and did not get an answer. That was at 11AM, 11:05AM and 11:09AM. Whatever you do avoid this store location because if you try you will be wasting your time and energy.

worst service ever the owner plays so many games i was switching my service to them our phones was suppose to go to a techinician to unlock they were still at the store first she said the techinicians coming in then she said they need to pick the phones up 3 days later went to get my refund she was not there was suppose to be there in 15 minutes hour goes past she still not there have not left her house and she said give her another 15 minutes to get there couldnt stay cause i had to go to work now im 250 dollars short cause she is unprofessional i recommend no one goes to this store for service its the worst !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very ghetto! The guy behind the counter had his personal music playing VERY loud for the whole store to hear which included curse words, sexual explicit lyrics and violence. I had to ask him to turn it off. He was not dressed professionally either. I have also been to the other MetroPCS in Glen Burnie and they are not customer service driven. They act like we as customers are disturbing their day.

Minus the "dot head" reference below from the bigot, this place is run by crooks and lazy people. Theyll take your money AND your phone. They dont work for you, they work for themselves. I will never recommend this place to anyone. If you understand Arabic (as I do) go in here and listen to the way the Arabs talk about customers. Its disgusting.

I went to get a replacement phone. I was there at 1:40 May 20 2016. The manager and the young men were RUDE AND IGNORATE. I rate this Store -100 The needs to hire people that know how to serve the public. I wil tell every body how horrible this Metro PCS IS. I WILL B CHANGING MY CARRIER.

This store is the best MetroPCS store. I googled my closest location and when I walked in to this one on Ritchie Hwy it was so CLEAN. Best cell phones places they have iPhones, S7 all type of new phones and theyre very nice & friendly I would recommend everyone to come here :)

Hated it. Worst service ever! All the dot heads that work there are on their phones 24-7 and when you ask for something they get an attitude like your disrupting them, they dont wanna help you at all! Sucks! Dont go there!
