This is the absolute worst store I have ever been to. The customer service is TERRIBLE. The manager is RUDE and seems like he is annoyed with all questions. He interrupted me while I was talking (several times) to correct me about an insurance plan I had with Best Buy (he was wrong by the way). I had to pay a down payment of $112 to order a new iPhone that he said would be here that Monday (9/23/2013).... even though the first shipment of those phones doesnt go out until Oct. 14th (he lied). The same day I placed an order (9/20/2013) I cancelled it shortly after because I didnt want to wait until Oct for my new phone (even though he promised it by Monday). After being in that store and on the phone with verizon for a total of 5+ hours, I STILL havent gotten my money back. Since they are a privately owned store, they have no obligation to Verizons customer service standards.. and Verizon cannot help me expedite the HORRIBLY LONG process of getting my money back. Today is Thursday (9/26/2013) and I still havent received my money back even though (after MUCH time wasted at the store) I was told it would be back in my bank account by 9/24 or 9/25. I called today and was told they looked up my account yet again and for some reason (even though Ive gone through the process like 3+ times now) he says it doesnt look like its cancelled. EVEN THOUGH I received an email saying it was cancelled and I talked to a verizon rep the same day I cancelled it on 9/20. Now the manager will call me back later when he gets back into the store. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW INCONVENIENCING AND FRUSTRATING THIS HAS BEEN. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE EVER AGAIN. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.... ITS WORTH THE DRIVE TO ANNAPOLIS FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I do not know what the previous reviewer is referring to because my experience has been the exact opposite. Both the sales rep and manager that I encountered there was nothing but professional, and they helped me save over $50 on my monthly bill. I would say that they went above and beyond their job to help me. The other poster must be referring to the Verizon location across the street from this location. I have heard nothing but horror stories from them. I would recommend this location to anyone, much better service than I got in both Annapolis and Prince Frederick.

Pushy salesman just needed a replacement phone and got a lot of lip about not buying a case or protection package. Talked to me as if I was a child and charged me a 10 buck fee(undisclosed)n addition to tax for WHAT? I will never go here again Prince Frederick store much more friendly

My experience with this store was super! Katie was very patient and knowledgeable. She answered all questions and was very friendly. She took a lot of time to help me make a descion and find the best deals for the phone and monthly plan. I appreciate all of your patience and advice.
