My experience with this particular store has been consistently poor. Today I inquired about upgrading my phone. The salesman presented me with a very complex explanation of why the upgrade would cost more than originally advertised. When I asked further questions on the matter he became flustered and condescending. The priority was clearly to sell the upgrade fast before the customer did the math. I have had similar previous experiences at this store including one where the representative accidentally scratched the screen of my phone and insisted he did not. I would recommend going online or to another branch. Very poor customer service aimed at quick sales with no regard for the customer.

High pressure to buy more tan you came for. When I returned an unused item and cancelled an unnecessary line I was expected to not only deal with the store but call the 800 # "disconnnect team" aka step up the pressure to buy more. Give me a break. Should have used another carrier.

The customer service I receive everytime I go into the store is just wonderful, it starts by them opening the door for me to helping me with anything I need. Weve been with Verizon for a very long time.

Ugh, tried to call to see if they had something in stock, Verizon diverted me to a call center and I had to listen to verizon ads for what seemed like a horrible indefinite time. So annoying!!!!

Super helpful. My S7 Edge was doing ridiculous things, and doing what the call center told me to do completely bricked it. This place was able to fix it - from a frozen mess- in under an hour.

Its Verizon, happy to take your money! They are using technology to manage service and they are relatively quick to help you. Sometimes gets busy around lunch time!
