My daughters iPhone 6 had a cracked screen. Boo Boo Wireless fixed it for about $120. Phone worked fine. She dropped it again and could not afford another $120. As a surprise, I went online and bought a replacement screen for $38. I have done this repair before (not on her phone). When I opened the phone, I found screws, and even the shield that keeps the cables plugged in, missing. No one else has worked on this phone. All I got was responses like, "Maybe the parts fell out when she dropped it.", and "You SAY no one else has worked on it. ". No help at all. The guy in WalMart charges $125. I bet he puts all the parts back in. Dont trust Boo Boo Wireless to do it right, or to stand behind their work.

I went in to Boo Boo to get my Samsung Note fixed. Virtuous Cellular in Norfolk, VA tore apart my phone and left me with the pieces. I was referred to Boo Boo by a friend and I am soooo glad I went!! The store owner, I think his name was Derelle, he was VERY nice, welcoming, professional, and helpful. He was extremely efficient in fixing my phone as well; it took him about 10 minutes to replace the LCD on my phone. The LCD was new (not used) and the quality of Derelles work is flawless!! Also, the prices are affordable and by far the cheapest Ive seen in the Hampton, NN areas. At least stop in and check them out if you have phone problems, you wont regret it!!!!

So I saw their ad on tv & thought let me look them up online. The 1st warning sign was when I googled them to try to check out their website it took me right to a YouTube video. Any well known business has a up & running website. (No brainer) The second warning sign was I called them & no one answered the phone. So I called them two more times thinking they were just really busy. Nope they didnt answer the phone all three times. Finally the third warning sign was all these reviews & many more on other sites posting horrible reviews. I find it very hard to believe they truly want business. Seems to be run by idiots. Will not be doing any business with them!!!

This place is the worst. They never answer the phone. theres usually three gentleman working in there, and it should be to where one can answer the phone at all times. This is Customer Service!! The voicemail is always full, and you cannot leave a message. There have been times, I have been in there, the phone rings and they walk pass, look, and just dont answer! Poor service. They take forever, and the place is ghetto and trashy. They will even answer and hang up on you! Business could be a lot better if they would sharpen up on their CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE...

Great place.. great service .. they fix phones they unlock they flash.. they do whatever and they also offer competitive prices on phones. They also buy phones .. if you have old phones laying around even if they are so old you forgot the password bring them in and turn them into dollars! Newer phones they offer great prices.. no hassle .. no trouble .. Ive been visiting these guys since high school and they always take care of me if you are in the area check them out dont waste a ton of money on expensive phones check the store they always have good stuff

This place is the best cell phone business in the VA. they saved me money and my phone when 10 other stores could not do the same! I called a few times but when I went in I INSTANTLY KNEW WHY THEY WERE BUSY! Because they were so helpful and patient with me NOW I KNOW WHY THEY HAVE BEEN OPEN FOR 10 YEARS! I just want to say keep up the good work I will refer them to anybody! Try them out just be patient you will get your moneys worth!

They are the worst customer service cell phone office in the city of Newport News, For the life of me, I cant understand why they are always out of the office and the appearance is freaking ghetto. Not to mention the store is so trashy and it always has something else to sell in the office, like baby clothes and other crap some one is trying to sell off in the store. I regret going into this office to pay a bill.

absolute worst customer service. Walked into the store and was not recognized at all. The most I got was a few sideways and frankly rude glances from the customers and associate. Rude music playing in the background. Disgusted. If you want a good deal, get your phone from eBay and get a plan from metro pcs. Dont waste your time at this place unless you want to feel less than human.

Terrible customer service! Very disrespectful and they do not back their work. Phone stopped working after less than 2 months of getting fixed here because of an internal problem that was due to faulty work when they replaced the screen. Do not waste your money here.

Boo boo wireless is a great place to get any part of your phone fixed. Just 2 weeks ago my mom went to Boo boo wireless and they fixed her android phone in 2 thru 3 days.
