I had a guest tonight at home, went around 10:18 pm to buy an ice cream for guest. The lady closed before 10:18 pm and ready to go home. I showed her on Google that the store is supposed to closed at 10:30 pm but still no response. Even on the door the hours said 10:30 but very rude. Good place to eat but horrible customer service.

Food is good, never enough employees. The visit that prompted this review centered around a young lady trying to serve a group of teens with a line 9 deep behind them. Another employee kept poking her head around the corner from the back but never came out to help. After 8 minutes I left without being served.

My wife and I really enjoy coming here with our son. The yogurt is always tasty, and they have "Waffle Wednesday" where you can get a waffle cone of frozen yogurt for 99 cents. They usually offer a dairy free option too, silk or so coconut.

Amazing customer service. We pulled up when they were closed. They came out and asked us what we wanted. Made it. Brought it to our car. Seriously, who does that!!
